I'm sorry if this has already been addressed. I'm just trying to catch up, I haven't been on since last night.

Does anyone know if the comment that was posted there two down from Logan's cousin was reported to LE? I think it needs to be if not! It looks like a great lead!

Just thinking here....
The comment that TSP sent to EJ through MS was sent on 12.31.09 at like 4:30 PM. It seems like people asked her about it (either on FB or in an interview) and she said that she didn't know EJ had been arrested. IIRC.
But I don't recall her ever giving any information on what that message was.

Could it have been Tammi trying to tell EJ that Gabriel was settled in wherever he was going? Would police be able to retrieve that message if both parties deleted it?

In reference to a post showing pics posted Dec. 23 by Tammi Peters Smith with comments calling Jack Gabriel's daddy and Gabriel H's brother:

I had to walk away awhile and calm down before responding to this. :furious:

This so clearly shows the Smith's state of mind. On the date these pics were posted, they already KNEW Gabriel had a father, and a father who had clearly told them he would not let Gabriel go. They had been visited by police appx. 3:30 a.m. Dec.10 and informed EJ had reported Gabriel missing and claimed Logan kidnapped him. They knew all this. So we can see how determined they were to have Gabriel in spite of anything that stood in their way.

That they stood by and supported EJ after this, even claiming what a good mother she was to the media after EJ claimed to have either killed or given away "their very own precious new baby boy" says to me that they know more than they are saying.

It also lend more credibility to the reasoning that the Smiths, rather than EJ, did most of the masterminding of this demented plot. If EJ had come up with all these "glitches, twists, and unexpected turns" by herself, they would be furious with her, embarrassed at being made fools of, and devastated as to the unknown whereabouts of Gabriel.

Rather than showing signs of being made fools of, they show more and more smugness and defiance as time passes. They must feel safer and safer as each day passes that Gabriel is not found. They certainly show no signs of doubling over with grief at the thought of landfills being searched for a dead body.

And last time I looked, TS's MySpace mood STILL said "ACCOMPLISHED" with a big toothy grin, even after her "staunchest supporter" on her *fanpage* asked her to remove it. I feel more hopeful now than ever that Gabriel is alive.

And I hope they find enough evidence to lock some people away IN GENERAL POPULATION for a very very long time.

Bumping this to say:

IF the Smiths have ANY reason to know that Gabriel is still alive somewhere

and IF they allow his own family to believe that he might be dead,

I hope they understand they WILL NEVER WALK THIS EARTH AGAIN being considered anything other than inhumane vestiges of evil without souls, and

kharma being what it is, they will bring 10 times the suffering to their own family members (unto 3 generations I believe is what the Bible says) and I wonder what those family members think about that?

Much better to tell what they know now than to wait until they have no sanctuary left on this earth but a cage.

And if they really had nothing to do with EJ's disposal of Gabriel, then they could help their public image GREATLY by using one of their many media appearances to at least be a tad bit apologetic about the hell and suffering they have caused by their actions.

And do they not understand the image they are giving themselves in the face of the whole world if Tammi Smith leaves an "ACCOMPLISHED" sh*t eatting grin mood on her MySpace page during a candlelight vigil for a baby she claims to have loved that might be dead? She has been told by friend and detracters alike how horribly offensive it is, and apparently seems not to care. Not what I'd want adopting ANY BABY!

That is interesting. I was even thinking all day about her brother, and her grandmother. Where are they? Who's the family in Boston? Where she "met" TS? Why hasn't her brother been in to see her? He's been so low key as has all her family. Just strange...which suits this whole case. Why, oh why does nothing make sense.

I was thinking today too about yet another possiblilty. Couldn't EJ have given him to a couple she had been meeting with, then went to the bus station, only to meet up with them again in another state...before she got to FL? That way neither her, the car, or the baby would be found together?
