K, I need help with this...I noticed this the other day but couldn't find the picture to compare. I want the carseat picture with him at 58 seconds into this news clip. It's a different one (different carseat) than this picture. Did they have 2 carseats? EJ and LM? Thanks. I was under the impression that the picture I have below was taken in SA, but I'm not sure.

Like I said, I don't know the origin of the photos, if they were from when they were in San Antonio or not. But if they are, then that has to be someone else's carseat. It's the same outfit, same face marks and milk on his chin....could be nothing more though. Hopefully someone knows where they came from and can clear this up. Of course I would love nothing more than to know they were taken in San Antonio

I thought that too at first, but you can see the label's on the side of each of the seats. Those are not on the inserts, but the seat cover itself. Good idea though.

The warning label on the left.....is it also written in spanish or french? I know all of the stuff in canada is written in english and in french. This may be helpful as to where the carseat came from <?>

Same exact splotches on his face, same outfit, two different carseats. One much cheaper looking than the other. Maybe one (where he is smiling) taken in EJ's car and the other taken after he was handed over...?

I too think it's the same day as Gabriels hair is exactly the same in both pictures.

Tammy said that the car seat given to her for Gabriel by Elizabeth was junk and had no base and was unsafe so they had to go buy a new car seat right after they got Gabriel. Could that be why the pictures show two different car seats? Does anyone know when the pictures were taken? Could they have been taken in Arizona by Tammi?

IMO, if Gabriel is still alive, she knew ahead of time where she was going and had a plan. I do not think it would be that easy to find an underground adoption couple in a weeks time. If someone has Gabriel, they are hiding him and know it is illegal.
She did not give him away randomly IMO.
I am sure there are people who are desperate for a baby and would hide him, but you would not meet them in a park.
If it were not for the Smiths involvement I would have little hope of him being alive.
In other words, I don't believe anybody can just go anywhere, give a baby away and it disappears off the planet.
But Eliz was good online, so maybe she did hook up with the right couple, but the odds to me are very slim.

Keep in mind that the Smiths also had from Dec. 9th until Gabriel disappeared to do their own research and planning.

We can't deny that the Smiths have shown they would stoop to dastardly depths to keep Gabriel as their own.

If EJ told them she absolutely no way whatsoever would ever come back, then I still think there is a possibility the Smiths could have moved to a Plan B.

Keep in mind that TS continued to publicly make remarks suppporting EJ's disappearing Gabriel, and after she saw EJ in jail, she could assure us that "that baby is still alive". She said that with ALOT of conviction.

Add to that the fact that she hasn't seem to have been able to even dramatize a wit of grief for the possibility that Gabe is dead, except for some internet postings of scripture and talk of her detracters being satanic.

Also, are the whereabouts of Craig Cherry from the 23rd to the 26th known? I read one news report that quoted him saying he didn't blame his cousin TS for forging his name on paternity papers because she felt she was just trying to protect that poor little baby. :furious:


So if he is suportive enough to support her illegal activity in that regard, what else might he have done to "help"? And did someone here mention him in connection with false id? Does anyone remember what that was concerning?

Also, I remember somewhere seeing the carseat from the police, or an article with a picture of a carseat saying "a seat like this one was found in the car." Something like that...can we find that report?

Hi Newbie here...been forever a guest since the Laci Peterson case.

I just wanted to say hello to this wonderful place, I wish I had joined much earlier.

For me if I was looking at 20+ years in jail for kidnapping my own child, and knowing my child was alive and well, I hell would be spilling the beans, is it really worth it to sit there knowing your baby is alive and well..just so the babies dad never had him, it does't make much sense to me. I hope he is ok ..but my heart is heavy thinking the worse.

Those may have come from Tammi then...the one where he looks so sad, that seat looks like junk to me compared to the other one.

Wishful thinking here...the crappy seat was the one EJ had and the police found, the nice one is the one TS bought in Dec, but the pictures were taken in SA! Wouldn't that be nice.
