And I never said only say positive things, but calling efforts of those actually doing something useless is beyond negative. As for the system, CPS can't terminate rights for something they don't directly see, and to the best of my knowledge, CPS never saw the violence directly, and the last thing that group needs is more power. Maybe someone can find out their rules on 3 ways? It seems that T's claim could be proved one or another...she may just be talking off the top of her head yet again

My own feelings about her is that she got into this for media attention and thought she would get fame and sympathy (more kids to adopt, more business for her colon cleansing or whatever) and it has backfired

At this point I question how much she "knows" even...her info is before Elizabeth took off with Gabe from what I can tell...

I did find that the ONLY link to the name "international Fun Hostel" in Miami is thru craigslist...so I feel that maybe E saw that ad on craigslist..I posted the link (the hostel is listed as "Santa Barbara Hostel" on google maps, and on
hostel "booking" sites...so I felt that was interesting

I hope they get some info from her computer usage at the motel/s, maybe at the hostel (it seems to have free wi-fi, and computers for them to use)
and also I wonder if they questioned her "roommates" as the hostel is 4 and 6 bed shared dorm rooms

I also am curious as to what the library computers can still reveal at this point?? Can they find which she used, get any data there or ??? I am not an expert on this but wish we had more info

I firmly feel that all the info is inside Elizabeth's head JMO
They need to get more info from computers, witnesses, etc and pry it all out of Elizabeth

I have had to make a three way call before. Someone was in jail with my brother...trying desperately to get in contact with someone in his family. They all had a "block" on the phone numbers and did not accept collect calls. My brother called me....the message says so and so inmate calling...do you accept the charges. I then called this man's family and had to stay on the line. If the calls are recorded (which I know my state does) It doesn't matter if EJ had someone call TS...the jail would still have the conversation recorded. It just wouldn't show up on TS's phone records as receiving a call from the jail.

I do feel that IF Gabe is somehow alive and adopted out the answers are sitting in that jail cell in Maricopa county...really whatever the outcome, Elizabeth has the answers

It's not necessarily offensive that you post your opinions, it's just a shame you think putting up posters for Gabe or any other efforts to keep his face out there is pointless. IMO, it is very possible Gabe is alive and the more people looking, the better.

I guess EJs attorney could have allowed EJ to call TS from her cell phone.....why the attorney would do that is unknown to me! Don't attorneys usually tell their clients to keep their mouths shut??

I have posted "proof" of her violence, her negligence and more right from the start..I think she was an unfit mother from the start and I blame everyone who allowed her access to this poor baby knowing "what" and "who" she was

I really think that the Smiths are in this more for than just the media. I have always thought that past behavior in most cases indicates future behavior. I have always thought there just wasn't something right about them. TS seems like she probably wears the pants in that relationship. She also seems very maniupulative. She had absolutely no right to interfere with that paternity/custody issue. And for JS to say "its no big deal"( I read that on here somewhere) is absurd. Its was a LEGAL document involving custody of a MINOR child. It was not her business.

Her friends that read here are probably freaked out to see us discussing comments they have made to her photos and know they too are being sleuthed. I certainly would be.

Cannot fathom why she has left herself flapping in the wind this long, except to gain more attention? I hope her friends are seeing this.

I think if the phone call never happened, LE would come out and say it. LE needs to get a link to the paper that TS talked to and either confirm or deny it.

I am not stopping anyone from doing anything...but honestly I feel that it is up to LE to get Elizabeth "singing"

to me TPS and all that was just window dressing on this...the one with the answers is Elizabeth

and trust me...I have zero "compassion" for her, I could care less about her past problems once she took this path....I want justice for Gabe, I hope he is found but I really see a lot of fanciful thinking here that I personally can't get "into"

My thoughts on this are just that..."my thoughts"...anyone is free to take or leave them.

BBM, that is a sore spot with some of us as we are kicking ourselves in the butt for not getting this started sooner. I know that some of us expected that these things were already being done, and unfortunately, the delay possibly hurt Gabriel's chances. However, most of us are not professionals, and we are doing what we can NOW. IMO, it is never too late to be a small part of the change you wish to see in the world. I look at cases like Shawn Hornbeck, Jaycee Dugard, Shannon Dedrick, etc. and I see that many kept hoping and their prayers were realized. Many had a similar opinion to yours in those cases.

Of course you are still welcome to discuss your thoughts even if they differ from other people's. Nobody is saying otherwise, I hope. There will always be differences of opinion, but I personally respect any and all opinions posted on this forum. That is one of the reasons I love WS so much.

Could TS be lying about that call? Something doesn't sound right about this call. Like she knows somethings coming so she's setting it up to cover her behind.

Keep in mind that at this point, it was a marital/domestic issue, which is handled very differently than if someone broke into your home and did that same destruction.

Also, EJ is in all likelihood, bipolar, and was also probably off her meds. Logan has seen the pattern for a long time. He was trying to make a home for his son and going the whole nine yard to keep his family together.

He was working with the situation as best he could, and probably agreed to the 'diversion' program that would teach her anger management skills. Not that they work very well for a bipolar in manic phase off their meds, but just sayin'....

I have a bad feeling about what has happened to Gabriel, but until the day comes that LE says that he is dead, every effort at any time is worth it.

I was not talking about LE, I was talking about CPS, two vastly different agencies. The workers would have hd to observe or hear a direct admission from EJ in order to terminate. Even if they had seen her destroy the apartment, as long as she did not injure Gabe that would not have been grounds for termination.
Believe me, I have fought with these people my entire life, and I know their rules. Terminations are very hard to get, especially before the child is injured or killed.
