TEMPE, Ariz. -- Logan McQueary met with Tempe investigators Monday, handing over all text messages and recorded conversations he has had with both his ex-girlfriend Elizabeth Johnson, and persons of interest Tammi and Jack Smith.

He said it was clear to him that police are building a stronger case of conspiracy to commit custodial interference.

At the same time, he is planning a trip along the same route Elizabeth Johnson's GPS would have guided her to San Antonio, Texas. He doesn't think Elizabeth would have tried to make the 15 hour drive in one night, and plans to stop at hotels along the route, searching for anyone who saw her or his missing boy.
In Scottsdale Monday, Tammi Smith revealed that Elizabeth Johnson called her from jail on Friday and tried to lure her into some type of confession.

Only God can judge and I don't know who is telling the truth here but after reading about Logan;s past, who are we to so quickly make assumptions toward Elizabeth....perhaps she has real reasons for not wanting her son to be with Logan, perhaps she loves Gabriel so much, enough to want a better life for him. Logan's past is much like the one she saw in her own father. Why would she want that for her son? I mean seriously. I too would do anything, no matter what it took to assure my child was with someone who was going to give them the love and caring that they so need and deserve.
As far as the Hotel pictures, I see a drowsy baby, a moderately clean room, pictures placed neatly on the nightstand and a mother who was proudly taking photos of her beloved child.

The one thing that just tugs at my heart is who is Gabriel better off with.....Do really know? Obviously, not EJ, but is L a fit parent. I can't remember if it was his myspace or fb, but he had pictures of he and his friends partying and being crazy. When he gets G back, I would hope that CPS will be on him like white on rice...I know people are looking at the S like the are horrible and they are for what they most likely are doing, but something tells me they would be better parents than EJ or L, unless L really gets it together. PLease don't take that the wrong way. I am by all means not on S side. I just want G to be found..andfor him to be loved and cherished..

the smiths have shady pasts, they tried to cheat and lie to get gabriel....supposidly they did the same to get the daughter they have. On top of that, tammi already abandoned her 3 children. I do not believe Tammi is mentally stable.
I hope cps is all over them and their ability to care for the daughter they have.

She picked him. She has known his since middle school and I am sure was there for all his arrests. Yet she choose to stay with him and have a baby with him. Then she decides he isn't good enough to raise the child? She should have thought about that when she had unprotected sex. Once that child was born she made a decision to have him raise the child with her. She only decided he wasn't good enough to be his father after he rejected her. She decided that if he didn't want to raise the child with her in a family then neither of them would. Does that sound like a person putting her child's needs first or does that sound like a vindictive person that is trying to punish him for breaking up with her?

I would agree with this. But, I cannot get over anyone capable of saying they killed their baby.
However, I truly believe that TS is involved and could have very well manipulated a fragile EJ. If this baby is alive, and EJ knows it, but has not come forward, she may, in her mind, be doing what is best for him. Who knows.

If I'm not mistaken most of those are traffic violations. He does have a charge for burglary and is now off of probation and said to have cleaned up his act. He has no violent offenses or convictions. The burglary was like 4 years ago.

I think he's grown up, matured a lot, stepped up to the plate and did the right thing by EJ & Gabriel. He's taken care of them for 8 months, he maintains employment and to me he appears to be a good man.

i can't stop thinking about the phone call TPS said she got from EJ. I wish AZ had the same sunshine laws that they have in FL. I have a feeling that things are starting to unravel and EJ didn't think she would be stuck behind bars so long. Maybe TPS promised her an attorney. I am hoping that this is the beginning of the truth coming out and Gabriel coming home.
