I'm wondering if LE has retrieved the myspace message Tammi sent to EJ...left on Dec 31 2009 10:36 AM the one where she said "Read my message titled Gabriel" Anyone know if LE can get that info from myspace?" That message alone might be key evidence of Tammi's involvement.

LE has all the myspace activity from her account you can bet on it. TPS has stated on NG (and then supposedly had someone post the actual message on her FB) that the message from Dec 31st was actually done as a request from LE basically telling EJ what to do to prove to LE that Gabriel was okay.

One thing TPS does say about that myspace contact, and she's said it more than once on NG I believe, is that EJ contacted her via myspace and they sent a "couple" of messages back and forth. It's the "couple" of EJ's messages that I am more interested in.

Tammi, how often was she contacting you by e-mail?

T. SMITH: Not until the very end. Well, actually the first time, sorry, was through MySpace and that was that day when Logan called me and we -- me and Logan for the first time got hooked up talking and she had contacted me that way.

I think we probably sent a couple e-mails back and forth through MySpace and then that was it.

GRACE: What were the gist of the e-mails?

T. SMITH: Pretty much telling her -- you know, I think the first one was basically you need to give us a call and then there was one that I had sent I think I was telling her to call Detective Aguilera. Was it Detective Aguilera? I think -- yes, Detective Aguilera.

And that Detective Aguilera told me that he was a negotiator by trade and that maybe he could help her out. And I told her that he was really nice all this stuff. And then the police asked me to do another e-mail to her basically stating that if she would bring the baby to any police station and just have them confirm, go to any police officer and confirm that he is, in fact, alive and well.

GRACE: And?

T. SMITH: And I never heard back after that one. I didn`t hear anything back.

What I found the most interesting is the bit that you snipped from above.
IMO, LE would not be letting Logan release the truly incriminating messages to media. So this message is probably the nicest, least manipulative, and least incriminating of them all, IMO. I REALLY wonder what the other messages say.

Thanks for posting this NMK. So the timeline is starting to open up a bit. JS posted on his myspace on the 22nd that they didn't have a clue where EJ and Gabriel were and yet TPS is texting LM on the same day with information showing that she was obviously in contact with EJ. Or was she at that point? If EJ only had that new phone in SA and she didn't get it until say the 23rd when she had her "important appointment" then this text to LM was planned before she left. Why are the Smiths lying about when they were first in contact with EJ after she left? They claimed on NG that they weren't in phone contact with EJ until she called them with her new SA phone number. They went so far as to say that the only reason they knew she was in SA was because of the area code on the caller ID. But they won't give an absolute date of when that was.

And yet by the 22nd, they already knew that EJ was going to run unless their lawyer faxed her the paperwork that LM signed over his rights?!? It's been posted that EJ only arrived in SA on the 22nd although it has also been stated she got there on the 20th so it's hard to tell which is the truth. I believe it was the 20th and it's just been some shoddy reporting. I guess it's also a possibility that wherever she decided to stop on the evening of the 19th outside of San Antonio, she stayed for an extra day or two in that location before driving right into SA. Wonder why that hotel/motel has never been mentioned? Do LE even have a clue where she was on the evening of the 19th? She could have made a few calls and used the internet there as well. But she paid for her room in SA until the 27th so she wasn't planning to run for at least a week when she first got there obviously.

This is really looking to me like a plan gone wrong more and more. And that doesn't bode well for poor Gabriel IMO.

I don't think she was charged with kidnapping until after she was located without Gabriel and returned to AZ. I believe that after the no show for the hearing the warrant was only for custodial interference.

Okay, so those are the email's I copied from her facebook...one of her friend had posted them...so I have those. I just wonder if that was all of them...there's only one from EJ and there are two from Tammi.

I've heard that they are searching a landfill this week and that Elizabeth Johnson spoke with Tammi Smith this weekend and that she tried to get Tammi Smith to confess - Smith played dumb - but to me this speaks volumes. I'd sure like to understand what kind of activities this Tammi and Jack Smith are involved in...illegal adoptions? Underground domestic violence sheltering? Wondering...why did the media drop this story so fast? Was it drawing too much attention to something?

What do you think?

I can't remember where I read it and maybe someone can help me out with this but I do remember reading recently that EJ is denying staying at the Quality Inn and using a fake driver's license. Does anyone else remember reading this and why is she trying to distance herself from that hotel? She is now claiming that she gave Gabriel to a couple in a hotel but is she trying to say it was the Homegate Suites where this supposedly took place and that was the only hotel she checked into?

For her to try to deny ever checking into the Quality Inn during the most important time frame in this whole case, and LE is pretty positive that she did in fact do this, then that is where I would be centering this entire investigation IMO.

Dec 28 felony warrant issued for custodial interference because when she didn't show for the custody hearing, Logan was granted full custody. When she was arrested in Miami Beach Dec 30 it was on this warrant only. The kidnapping & child abuse charges came later.

That's what I'm wondering too momtective. Has TPS conveniently left out another and possibly the first message from EJ after she arrived in Florida and what did that one say? I can't imagine that LE doesn't have that. I'm sure it would have been deleted from EJ's account and probably TPS's as well but I would think they could retrieve that couldn't they?

I think the Smiths are involved in custodial interference, for example the falsified papers, admitted to by Tammi, which were an attempt to illegal sever Logan's paternal rights so they could adopt Gabe.

No underground, teen-inseminating, baby-stealing brokering rings.

Not good.. I'm really hoping for some positve news today. Right now to me it looks like what happened is alot more simple than what I thought before. Tammi came up with this awful idea to get Elizabeth to leave with Gabriel so they could force Logan to sign the adoption papers. When Logan refused Elizabeth was mad and we all know how she gets when she's mad apparently. Speculation but I don't feel good about this today. Poor baby, we just have to keep praying.

We have it confirmed by LE if I'm not mistaken that she had a fake I.D. of some sort, so either Eliz or Tammi is mistruthificating about that.

I am convinced she had a room at both HomeGate and Quality on the night of Dec 26, although I don't have anything that will give me a hint at which one she slept at. I'm leaning toward Quality though.
