We have it confirmed by LE if I'm not mistaken that she had a fake I.D. of some sort, so either Eliz or Tammi is mistruthificating about that.

I am convinced she had a room at both HomeGate and Quality on the night of Dec 26, although I don't have anything that will give me a hint at which one she slept at. I'm leaning toward Quality though.

Well the clerk for that hotel did say that the only contact they had with her after she checked in was a request for more towels...whatever that means. So she was supposedly still there for some time after she checked in in order to make this request.

That's what I'm wondering too momtective. Has TPS conveniently left out another and possibly the first message from EJ after she arrived in Florida and what did that one say? I can't imagine that LE doesn't have that. I'm sure it would have been deleted from EJ's account and probably TPS's as well but I would think they could retrieve that couldn't they?

If you read the messages in order, there appear to be references to things that aren't in the messages. I've gone over and over them but it appears to me there is at least one message missing.

You know, it goes on and on. She sends a message back saying, Tammi, I will never come forward. Yes, what I said was wrong. I wanted him to hurt like he hurt me, so that`s why I said that. And she says, Me and Gabriel are fine. In fact, we`re great. And she goes on through the whole story.

And then at the end, that, I had to let you know that we are all right because I know you must be worried sick, and I am so sorry for that. I really am. You and Jack are really good people.

JOSTAD: Now, Tammi, did you know...

SMITH: You know, there`s just -- there`s a lot of that. There`s text messages back and forth, you know, asking her to come back, to come to court, we`ll get an attorney for her, things like that. So you know, now the police have all that evidence, and now, hopefully, they will see that and -- you know, because before, we told them, but they never did get it. They never looked at it. So hopefully, that will show them that this is -- that, you know, we should not even be persons of interest at this point because we obviously were looking out for her best interests and making sure that she did everything correct and legal.

She said she just stayed at one hotel so which hotel is she denying she stayed at? The other HomeGate or Quality Inn? I'm confused on the 2nd hotel that she won't admit to staying at. That seems to be the one where there is something to hide.

I'm reading it as Tammi telling her that she needs to talk. In the end, it will be EJ that has the brunt of the responsibility, she was the one with the final decision. Think twice about holding your tongue...Reconsider your silence...talk so that I get out of trouble.

I don't see the threat that everyone else does in that statement.

If you read my transcript of the interview, she says that the phone was slammed down when Tammi brought up murder charges, I am assuming with the statement about what could or would happen to Gabe.

Since that was as clear as mud...Tammi said it to EJ, who promptly slammed the phone down...in this phone call that could not have taken place from inside the jail.

We're not discussing the content of the emails. I was just curious about the myspace message and now I realize from the NG transcript that the emails I copied are indeed myspace messages...that all.

This a hard one, I wish we could hear the recorded conversation because this is what the conversation sounded like through Tammi's crazy ears!! This is probably only bits and pieces of what was actually said and this is from her point of view. To me it sounded like Tammi was basically throwing it in her face by saying "prove it"..which EJ can't or she's not ready to spill yet because if Gabriel is alive she doesn't want him to go back to Logan.

I take it as Eliz needing an alibi/defense really bad right now, and trying to implicate Tammi, but being unable to come up with any supporting facts/evidence to do so.

It was reported last night or this morning that LE has been unable to come up with evidence of Tammi's involvement.

Also note that Logan said he is helping LE build a case for conspiracy of custodial interference - not conspiracy of kidnapping.

Tammi has, in essence, confessed on national TV to the former.

Too easy to confuse the "she" and "her". But it seems clearer in the video. IMO Tammi is telling Elizabeth that Elizabeth will take the rap.

Tempe police made copies of all of McQueary's phone recordings and text messages, including this passage from Elizabeth on Dec. 27.

This leads me to believe that Tammi might have actually sent these messages or she dictated them to EJ so she could in fact send them from her own phone to Logan. OR maybe Tammi wrote the message sent it to EJ and then EJ forwarded it to Logan. Tammi knew they could track the phone (that sent the messages to Logan) to where those text messages were sent, and what number sent them.

I think EJ is really book smart but not so street wise. I think Tammi was leading EJ around like a puppet on a string the whole time. I really wonder if EJ even knew how the adoption process works. EJ said in the interview with a reporter (4:39) that "when you give your child up for adoption you don't know really know where the people live or anything". I think Tammi was feeding her false information just to get that baby. I hope EJ opens her mouth and tells all about what and who Tammi REALLY is. Or maybe she has already opened her mouth and that is adding to the building a case against Tammi.

Ya know Karma sucks, and wouldn't it just be justice if this reopens H's adoption case up! Momma gave her up, Grandma and Grandpa are hanging out in the pokey, who else is left to care for her? Dear old DAD! Justice will be serves! :woohoo:

I thought one of the articles did state that LE had given Logan the information from her GPS

As far as the phone call Friday between TS and EJ -- I think the video interview of TS recorded yesterday is more revealing than the written article

TS says that EJ tried to accuse them helping her find a family for adoption -- and that she questioned EJ to show how that was not true by asking 'Well then what's the couples' phone number" and "what's the couples' name?" to which EJ answered that she did not know

I posted about this earlier, but why would TS ask her those questions?-- because if they set it up, it was because EJ wanted a "closed" adoption where she would not know who the couple was -- they could have helped her find a family with EJ not knowing their phone number or names

Anyway-- have we found out yet if there is a recording of this alleged call?
