Yes, Mr. Klaas got on the air and began to question why this couple were ardently defending such a as Ej. NG just cut him off yelling, "Wait, hey, hey! No one is bashing anyone here!", or something like that. But, that was exactly what the Smiths were doing.

Interviewing Sgt. from Tempe.
Smiths are POI's.
Sgt. reiterating that they were never in the running to adopt, as Logan wouldn't consent.
NG is rude with him, as usual.
Still semi-defending the Smiths.
They have spoken with LE, but they feel that the Smiths aren't telling them everything, honesty could lead to Gabe.
They have signs and hope he is alive, and are investigating as such.
Smiths are not being truthful about Gabe's location or condition, according to Sgt.

Can't comment on clothes or highchair being left.

See, she's still defending her scenario because she doesn't want to look like an azz. She did not do her research before they came on the show last time.

Smiths are live, NG is stunned they have been named as POI's.
TPS saying they tried to call detective several times, they don't know where he is. Through brainstorming they have come with ideas, and help from reporters and NG staff.
According to Jack, they learned the name of the park from their reporter source, who has been digging in SA and is three days late with the news she gives them.
(That late with the news part is my personal opinion.)

He said her back pack was pretty big. You don't think she would harm him and keep him in that bag???? Oh the thought makes me ill.

She had physical custody. When nancy said that it was shared custody , Jack tried to answer and say yes thats right, when Tammie grabbed his lg to shut him up! And she told Nancy to look at the custody agreement!
