She is not a girl..she is a 23 year old woman who chose to have a child and keep him...

from the time he was 3 weeks old she threatened him and threatened to get rid of him

she left him alone in dirty diapers...she stashed him at a friend's place and police had to search for him as a "missing" child

she calls him "Thing" and I call her a nasty Thing

I could care less about her bad foster home upbrining at this point..maybe she should have used birth control or given him to the dad/his family or adopted him out legally

Led her along?? did Tammi lead her to trash the apartment, to neglect Gabe to threaten him ???

This "Thing" was under investigation by the useless child services of Arizona...she was enrolled in anger management

I have zero sympathy for that Thing...I hope she gets maximum charges and time if (hopefully) sweet little Gabe is found...

if not, I am so glad that both texas and az have death penalty

oh and in regards to the system and her foster care...probably the parental rights of her druggy loser parents should have been terminated right from the start so that she could have been LEGALLY adopted by good people

but she wasn't...so the mistakes child sevices made 20 years ago are compounded by the mistakes they made this past year

The first I am hearing from tonight is from the twin brother. He says his sister is a "hothead" but he loves her, and would encourage her to talk. He also is the ne who introduced her to Logan - he has known Logan for 10 years, and believes him to be able to parent Gabriel effectively.
Wow, some serious insights provided by Time about TS. Stuff I already suspected may be true.
The info about TS's history should be forwarded to NG and others who interview this psycho woman.
I think TS is getting really nervous now. Also, EJ may be talking to LE - I doubt she is going to take all the heat for this situation.
I bet dollars to donuts that the Smiths will have a lawyer tomorrow, and will stop talking.
EJ will have one as well, a pro bono hitting it for the publicity.

Now I also think about the couple who may have Gabriel. What kind of paperwork would they have to get treatment for him?,,none of that makes sense. So my theory is that she did indeed meet the c ouple at the park, that wouldn't be unheard of, for her to turn the baby over to an agency or a new family with the agency worker there also. If she signed the baby over to the agency they would then have legal custody, and if they placed the baby with a family, the family would have physical custody.
Still, why did she go to florida???

Because it's illegal to do that in AZ with the consent of one parent, when both parents are known and have joint custody.

There was no agency worker...they would not meet in a park
it would not be done that fast if it was legit, and they would have to get paperwork, make sure of the father

no agency was ever mentioned at all

I hope there was a "couple" that she gave her baby to...but if she did this was a black market adoption at the lowest/baby selling level

I wanted to add that in the article I read in the San Tan newspaper yesterday which went into more detail about EJ's erratic behavor, one time she actually hid Gabe under a blanket and told LM Gabe was missing.
