I have so many questions, mostly because the two female perps in this case obviously need some serious help

I am still mostly puzzling over that FB post -- can Momtective or anyone give me their interpretation of it in relation to the timeline of this case? It was posted on the 23rd -- does this mean that TS orchestrated this whole thing?

Tue. Dec. 8th EJ and Logan break up...this is when the custody issues began
Wed 9 Dec. Elizabeth called Logan informed him of the Smith’s intention to adopt Gabriel and asked him to sign the custody papers. Said she’d already given the baby to them.
Friday Dec. 11th Logan files for custody of Gabriel
Saturday Dec. 12th First mention of Gabriel by TPS on her Fb account "The new addition to our family!" with photo of Gabriel and H****h.
Dec. 17th EJ & Logan were granted joint custody
Dec. 18th EJ picked up Gabriel from the Smith’s telling them she’s taking him to visit his father.
Dec. 19th EJ leaves for Texas with Gabriel
Dec. 22nd EJ was in San Antonio with Gabriel
Dec. 23rd Logan filed against EJ for breaking the custody order
Dec. 26th EJ hands Gabriel over to unknown couple at park
Dec 26th Last day Gabriel was seen in San Antonio
EJ parked car at Motel 6 in San Antonio and boarded bus @ 1:00pm for Ft. Lauderdale then goes on to Miami Beach
Logan received text from EJ that the baby was dead
Dec. 28th court date EJ violated the court order regarding joint custody.
EJ failed to show up for the court date and full custody was awarded to Logan.

According to those who know her, Elizabeth Johnson has never been to Nashville. She has no contacts there. But Tammi Peter Smith does. That's where she opened her first Healing Waters clinic back in 2004.

Tempe police said they are taking the connection seriously, naming the Smiths as persons of interest in the case.

"There would be nothing that they could charge us with because we have done nothing, we've done everything that the police have asked us," Tammi Peter Smith said.

Tammi and Jack Smith said their only priority is the safe return of 8-month-old Gabriel, and said it was Elizabeth who was driving the adoption plans. Not them.

"We did not do the adoption papers like she wanted. She wanted to keep pushing it along, pushing it along," Tammi Smith said.

But the baby's father, Logan McQueary, remembers differently. He said the Smiths pressured him after Gabriel disappeared.

And Tonight, an eerily similar story has emerged.

"I think what they've done is wrong. They've manipulated the system and lied and I wouldn't mind seeing them face charges," said Jack Smith's stepson, Travis Andrews Warford.

Warford is the biological father of Jack Smith's Granddaughter, Hannah. Warford claims the Smiths offered him money to sign over his custodial rights.

"Three different occasions over a year and a half in between, the man offered me money to get out of his life, leave him alone and let him have my little girl, period. I'll put my hand on any bible in any court in the United States and swear to it," said Warford.

But Tammi Smith replied, "Why would we offer him money, they revoked his rights?"

The Smiths were awarded legal custody of Hannah. But Travis, who has spend time in jail, says he was never alerted that the Smiths were headed to court.

"I'm angry. And the first chance that I have any opportunity, I will do as much as I can to gain not only visitation, but ultimately custody of my daughter," said Warford.

The Smiths deny all of Warford's claims.

"I'm sorry. You guys need to dig and find out who this guy is, and then you will be embarrassed that you are asking these questions," said Tammi Smith.

"At the end of the day, God will see justice done. And if they've done to these people what they done to me, but he's even lying to the law and the media, his time will come," said Warford.

How Warford's claims relate to the attempted adoption of Gabriel Johnson and his current whereabouts remains to be seen.

B. I agree - they're holding back. If anyone watched NG tonight, during the last segment, Mr. Smith was on a tangent, and Mrs. Smith kept hitting him on the legs (3 times). Why did she want him to stop talking?????
C: I'm not buying that they're getting all their leads from the media (or brainstorming as they like to say). LE could get this anytime just by subpeona.

I do believe this icky couple is holding something back. Perhaps they told bio-mom who to leave the baby with. And after all the hoopa died down (as if it ever does), they'd come get the baby.

Ok, I may be too normal or something but if LE called me a poi in the media, the first thing I'd do is head down there and find out why, maybe do a bit of ranting & raving, maybe hire a lawyer, call everyone in my family for advice & support (probably take them all down there with me lol).

I would not get on the first train, plane or automobile to the NG show. Maybe after the fact if I thought I was being railroaded or framed or LE was incompetent but SURELY not before I had co-operated to the fullest extent with them and found out exactly why they would name me as a POI!

Does NG pay her guests?

I realized they are very unfamiliar with the media spotlight when Jack kept talking to his earmike out loud.
Just a possible explanation for the leg slapping. I saw it, I thought it was suspicious, but just to cover the different bases.

Wow, oh boy is right! And so many here were right that questioned the adoption of the Smith's little girl.

I was also wondering about the report saying he was Jack's stepson. Maybe it's a mistake in the report and they meant son-in-law. Or could it be Jack was married before and this guy was his previous wife's son? Whew, hope y'all followed that.

I'm starting to wonder if Tammi isn't the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree! Then with some narcissism or other problems wanting the limelight - she just doesn't get that she's sinking her own boat? She probably thought after this she could do the whole media circuit and get $$ or promote her book. :loser: (balloon boy parents only add on some child trafficking, coercing young people into giving up their babies, and high colonics?)

I am watching the NG rerun (why is she defending these people? and IMO dissing LM?) and Mr S's body language reminds me so much of the Heene crew interview where his boy puked up the hoax -Mr S is twitching, clearing his throat, looking down and looking every which way but toward the camera --strange how the couple twiddle their thumbs almost in unison

Does this woman TPS even begin to understand what she has done to herself and her beautiful family? Poor lil' Ha**ah, so sweet and innocent and now her little life will be affected too. All of this because of TPS's obsession to get a baby. The magnitude of this is unbelievable. A week ago this woman had a successful business, a million dollar home, a beautiful little girl, a good husband (appears to be anyway from pics) and a good daddy for that little girl. I can't imagine what her life will look like within the coming days.
What a selfish person to be so dissatisfied when she had so very much.

Wow, this really sounds possible. What else could her comment about just doing some insems mean ? I hope they conduct a very thorough investigation on these people.

In her twisted mind she probably was hoping that she would be praised for "helping"

she probably hoped to bask in "love" and get offers of babies, and find new desperate people to meddle with

given the fact that people like the Anthony's have cashed in with a foundation and others have written books who knows?? Maybe Tammi has larger dreams...more colons, more want-to-be parents....she sure seems so eager for the limelight

I knew it! Who wants to be that Baby Gabriel is in the hands of one of Tammi's friends/relatives. They can't come forward, as the connection would be known and the whole lot of them would be arrested.
