Didn't Tammi say earlier in the case she had been in contact with EJ the whole time she was on the run, and could hear Gabriel babbling in the background? I am almost positive I read that in the past few days.

About the chain gains they volunteer so they can get out of lock down. inmates are locked down 23 hours a day and the only way to get out of being locked down and into the tents are if you are on the chaingang!

I wish more states would do what this guy is doing! If people don't like it don't do the crime that sent your arse to jail in the first place.

I love me some Sherrif Joe. I don't agree with his immigration sweeps, but I think for the most part he's taking a logical approach to handling issues.

Pointing out the inconsistisies in showing this evening. He does not understand why the SMiths are still involved in this story. He belives that they should be able to tell the police what they know and extricate themselves from this story.

Why are the still coming up with information that they conviently are remembering.

I hope someone points out that while Tammi claims she left that MS message to help Logan she got a slam in against him also as a no good abuser. Doesn't make sense she 'thinks' he's an abuser yet she was tipping him off to Elizabeth's plans and whereabouts. (not that I expect her to tell the truth or make sense, this is just another very concrete inconsistency)
