I was paging through TW's charging affadavits, all of a sudden the screen freezes, I bring it back up, run his name again and his records do not come up.
Anyone else want to try Momtective's link, (which worked the first time) and search his name to see if they come up for them?
It might be the site, my computer, or they may have been removed from public view.

It was not his wife, He was originally charged with several aggravated assaults, and aggravated kidnapping. When the witness did not appear the more serious charges were dropped and he plead guilty to a lessor charge. In TX same story, more charges of the same.

Then why did the report say something about violence or assault on a relative?

Gabe not having L's last name...

HERE I know a lot of people do this so they can get government assistance. They get free medical care during the pregnancy.(have seen several younger girls do this, heck even some older ones)

True..although when my son's oldest daughter was born almost 5 yrs ago, her mom was on medicaid I think anyway, although she may have still been on her mothers policy now that I think about it since she was not quite 18 and had been living @ home (he had just turned 19) Anyway, I shouldn't have brought it up since I was not positive about it once I started posting, lol! But, I do know for sure though that my granddaughter was on medicaid for about a year until my son found a job w/insurance benefits and 'the powers that be' had to know that there was a daddy in the picture as she has his last name and he went to all Dr's visits etc, as most daddies would do...IDK..

Either way, it was very important to them and to me as well that the girls have his last name. Don't know why really, as I have never been one to worry too much what people thought of me, but what they say about my grand babies is a WHOLE 'nother story, lol!.. It just worried me that someone may say to them..your daddy didn't want you, you don't even have his name or something stupid like that. Children can be hurtful to each other at times...worse yet by far though is the occasional adult that does it!

She never said everything, just paid in cash...and you can cash in a month worth of WIC at a time, she could have cashed in a month right before she left. With a cooler, most of it would keep.I don't know if AZ uses the card form or the paper form.
If they use the card kind of WIC, it's like a debit card, they can trace it in minutes. If it's paper form, it would take a few days to cycle back to WIC, but then they could check and see where she used the coupon.

They use paper and can only be used in AZ.

N.S.B. states she is 'happily divorced' - TW said that they are still not technically divorced, even though they've been separated for quite awhile

I reread the transcrips from the Jan. 6 NG show and I had thought it was Jack that said she was four, but it wasn't it was said by an unidentified reporter during a video clip. Here is what the transcrip says:

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: But the baby`s dad wouldn`t sign guardianship or adoption papers. Still, Gabriel quickly became part of the Smith family, visiting Santa, playing with 4-year-old H.

Sorry for the confusion on that. Wish we could find a DOB for her.

p.s. when I mentioned five years old. I said if she was four and would be five this year. lol I know clear as mud.

Yes, the report did; charges were dismissed and left with one charge which was reduced to a lesser a dom assault, and I am fairly confident that I know who the relative was -- IMO it is obvious

Respectfully, it is important to note that the prosecutor's name was used in place of the victim/witness' name in the affidavits for the charges in TN, she the victim/witness was protected by the court--So again the affidavits named the prosecutor as the witness/victim ---might this be a source of confusion for some posters??

The more I think about the poly the more confused I get. I can see one of the Smiths test as coming back inconclusive but both of them? I would think that it would show whether or not one of them was being truthful. I do believe that they are not being 100% truthful but I don't know why the poly did not pick that up. Do you think it may have come back that they were not being truthful but LE didn't want to let that out in hopes that they would continue talking and trip themselves up?
Also, I don't like that there is no more news coming out about this. If baby Gabriel is alive, someone has him and the only way for him to be found is to keep his name and picture out there. I hate that the only people getting press on this is the Smiths. They are either liars or not relevent to this story. Not sure which but I wish there were another way to keep this in the news other then focusing on them.

LOL, it is kinda hard to see, due to all the s^!t floating around isn't it.

If I were going to bet on it, I would say that within the year 2010 this little girl will turn 5 years old.
