It's hard to find all the facts that have been told in this case and impossible for me to read back over all the very long threads, but I'd like to know more about Elizabeth's history and what she was doing the past 8 months. One poster mentioned that she might have met the Smith's online. Could Elizabeth have been stringing along other couples hoping to adopt and maybe getting money from them along? Maybe that's why she went to San Antonio. She says that she just happened to meet some couple in a park the day after Christmas. People are not going to be hanging out in parks on a cold day after Christmas. Anyone with money would be out shopping or visiting with family. Lots of people in SA would not have lots of money and would want that carseat if she somehow convinced a couple, such as visitors from Mexico to take her baby back with them. I agree with Mark Klaas. They need to quit focusing on the Smith's and start getting the word out to people to watch for someone suddenly having a baby. That, and being on the outlook for a body or a discarded diaper bag.

Very interesting point about other potential adoptive parents and her trying to get money from several different people ~ maybe with no intention of ever handing baby Gabriel over to them. I don't believe her "park" story at all, mainly because of the unlikelihood of a random meeting of "prospective parents" but the timing, as you said, the day after Christmas is very suspicious. And whoever not taking the car seat is suspicious to me also. MOO

Please help me out here because I don't understand how this helps us know where Gabrial is. You are very excited about TPS being busted and I agree it's a big development. But please tell me how this helps locate Gabriel because that's all i really want to do. If I'm missing some new clue as to where Gabriel is, let me know.

I just really think if she is arrested she will talk. I pray she does and that Gabriel is found.
I guess what excited me is the fact that we were right...she is very much at the core of this whole thing and that fact is coming to light little by little but it is coming to light.

Nothing would thrill me more than for Gabriel to be found and when he is I'll be so excited I probably won't even be able to type.

We've worked long and hard pulling information together that ties Tammi to Gabriel's disappearance so I'm excited that our work was not in vain.

QUESTION:
1. Are the phones that made the "ping" in Victoria and the phone that made the text to Logan about killing the baby the same phone?
2. Do we know if Logan got his text before or after 1pm when she got on the bus? That would tell us if she had the phone with her the whole time or if she ditched it earlier.

EJ may not have thought it could be forensically traced since it's a shared computer, but she doesn't know what LE can do!

I think they should be arrested for withholding information in an investigation - can't they be charged for that? Of course, I would bet Tammi and Jack are just going to say that they don't know how she got that information. If they provided Elizabeth with the whole scenario of naming Tammi's cousin as a father to get custody away from Logan and adopt Gabriel, that should be illegal also. I'm with you, I think if she were arrested, she would talk, but also I'm hoping they get arrested and charged for their involvement in this.
