Just for the record... in the Phoenix metropolitan area, Identity Theft and Meth use usually go hand-in-hand.

They steal and re-sell identities to fund their meth habits. It's big business for these low-lifes.

When you find an identity thief, you will almost always find they are a meth user, also.

Interesting comment not too far down about a woman who helps hid children during custody disputes (the poster found stories about her online). Anyway, the poster says there are tactics used like sending cops on a wild goose hunt, leaving confusing clues, and lying.

If I was a betting lady I would say that baby is LM. Look at the ears. I think Gabe looks like his so called mother the most.

The ears are identical, and I believe as he grows his mouth will take more of Logan's fullness, they already have the same bow at the top of their lip.

He does look very much like his mother. The pic on NG where her hair is back, you can see how striking both of their blue eyes are.

More FB updates. No one feels that 5 grand is enough, although, someone did post that sometimes once there is a reward in place, it grows. I hope that's true. TPS does think that 30 years would be enough, if she didn't hurt Gabe. Hopes she gets some therapy in prison. (Me too.)
Saying they have offered to take another poly, and the first ones were inconclusive because they "had emotions" about the case.

I don't think that is true about the polygraph... LE said yesterday they have no plans to give them another polygraph. They probably think it is a waste of time because now they KNOW they withheld information. I think LE is getting fed up with the Smith's. Tammi is now saying stuff like she doesn't want to comment on what she thinks of them - figures, huh, Same strategy.

Every time I see a picture of Gabriel, he steals me and melts me and makes me laugh and cry and I feel love at the same time that I feel anger for what he is being put through so far in his short life here and then I snap back to love and melting again...

We're going to see and hear great things from this little guy someday, I know it!

Every case is her own all over again.

The courts are far from perfect, says John Rabun of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. But they're not as bad as Faye claims. And turning children into fugitives, ripping them away from friends and family and home, can be "a cure worse than the ailment." In several of Faye's cases, mothers have been found, prosecuted and jailed, creating horrible new problems for the children.

"I happen to like Faye as a person. I like her spirit. But in all honesty she has set herself up as a social-service agency, except that unlike a social-service agency, she doesn't do her homework. She takes at absolute face value what the complainant says."

Yager started Children of the Underground in the late '80s when she parted ways with another underground, based in Mississippi and run by Lydia Rayner. Like Rabun, Rayner loves Faye's passion and deplores her methods. Hiding children is discreet business, but Faye is a moth after the hot lights of news and talk shows.

A bigger concern, Rayner says, echoing Rabun, was that Faye took on cases indiscriminately, and as a consequence the organization drew lashes from screaming dads, the FBI and attorneys who slapped huge lawsuits on them. It was important, Rayner says, that they harbor only women and children in the most obvious cases of horrible sexual abuse and judicial malpractice. About 350,000 cases of in-family abductions are reported each year in the U.S.--nearly 1,000 a day--and almost every one of them is a complicated mess that can't be easily judged by anyone, as Rayner sees it. Not even by the best-intentioned, well-trained professionals. Certainly not by Faye Yager

Thanks. I am just wondering if she has family in the place where she originated her flight. The father of Gabriel lives in AZ, so did she move away to have the baby? Just sort of wondering out loud.

The more I read this the more I think that TPS was telling the truth about EJ finding an "underground". Probably set up with TPS herself but it's about the only thing that makes sense as to why baby Gabriel hasn't been found yet. Professional help in making him disappear. It's either that or he isn't with us anymore

I approve everyone....of course, I have no social networking sites under my real name. They are all aliases.
I think since she used the FB account for advertising, she is used to approving everyone.

I think it's to look like she has a lot of people supporting her. Plus, she can control what's on there so it's like having her own little media outlet with a close group. And, maybe it's so she can keep within a little bubble where all she here's is support for her. She is not keeping Gabriel upfront, if she was, she would be organizing something to look for him, have his pic there instead of her and H, be posting his posters available and such.
