NG seems to be ignoring everything significant in this case. I'm beginning to wonder if her plan is to keep TS babbling on comfortably on her show without making her wary, hoping (with good reason) that TS's big mouth will trip her up. The guests are allowed to point out the obvious without NG being the "bad guy" with TS . . . or am I giving Nancy too much credit?

You are being very nice, but I forgive you (lol)as the important perspective is that TS will spill enough gut or colon or whatever to lead authorities to Gabe

Has TS posted anything on her FB page since JS said on HLN this evening that she was inside "talking to LE" at her request? I seriously have a hard time believing that IF TS was getting her meeting w/ LE because she requested it that JS would have been waiting outside.

I don't believe the babysitter either.

Someone had mentioned his red cheeks in some of the photos. My kids used to get that when they were teething. They'd also get runny noses. My money is on that little Gabriel was teething when the sitter had him, hence the fussiness, the tylenol, etc. Obviously he was being cared for because he didn't have a diaper rash. (Right, Nancy?) She had food for him and she knew he needed a bottle in about an hour so that tells me that she was feeding him on some sort of schedule.

I'm in NO way taking up for EJ, but I do think the sitter is at the least exaggerating about what she saw. Gabriel couldn't have been "skinny" by this point because it had been just a few days...if he was malnourished, I think you'd have to blame it on TS, wouldn't you?

The one thing that gave me a lot of hope tonight was the former FBI agent on NG who had zeroed right in on TS/JS. I'm hoping the FBI has the same kind of thinking and are looking for this baby in all the right places!

SIGH. This case is driving me crazy. I hope by morning, we'll have a resolution. My BIG hope is that they know where Gabriel is and this is a bigger case than we realize, so they're taking the time to build the case and hopefully this baby boy will be home where he belongs soon!

Family Denied Visit With Jailed Mom Of Missing Baby

The brother of Elizabeth Johnson, jailed since her son Gabriel went missing around Christmas, was denied a jail house visit today. Robert Johnson attempted to visit his sister, who is being held in the Estrella Jail in Maricopa County on more than $1 million bond on charges of custodial interference, kidnapping and child abuse.
"I just want all this resolved whatever it takes," said Johnson as he walked into the jail lobby.
TPS gets in, no recorders, her own brother doesn't...I want to scream.

How sad. They probably couldn't get in because TPS went, against advice of EJ's attorney and messed it up for them.

I won't say what I really think, but my mind is like this :banghead::furious::banghead::furious:

About an hour ago a lady by the name of Beth posted a comment on the Project life website just to say hi to Becky, the owner. If you look at Beth's profile you can see that she's from Wisconsin and her profile pic has her, her husband and a brand new baby that looks nothing like Gabriel.

If you would have asked this 2 or 3 days ago - I would have said you were giving NG too much credit. She was definitely coddling the Smiths. BUT tonight - she remained quiet while both Hugo and Marc spoke and pointed out that the Smiths' obviously appear to be very involved in this case. She then asked her producer for confirmation of what both Hugo and Marc were saying. Tonight was one of the better nights, I think. JMO.

Meanwhile, Tammi Smith, who had wanted to a adopt baby Gabriel, spoke to the boy's mother in jail Wednesday.

Smith said she is confident that baby Gabriel is still aliving after meeting with Elizabeth Johnson.

BBM Personally... if it were me... I probably would have a knife near my bed in a strange motel in a strange town. However, I would make darn sure it wasn't in a place where a child could get to it.
