Doea anybody know if NG's people speak with the people being interviewed prior to going on and go over what they will be talking about kind of like a rehersal , of what you can say and what you can't ?

I have A LOT of catching up to do. But I was so happy to login this morning and see your post. From almost the first sentence out of the "babysitter's" mouth, I had a strong feeling she was lying. I honestly feel that she is being paid to say that she watched baby Gabe. She was very focused on certain points of the interview (the baby was crying, only wanted to be held, the knife, baby was dirty, room was dirty). She kept repeating the same things but always using the same wording. It felt very scripted. And IMO, she didn't know how to answer certain questions. I felt, because she was only told certain things to say and was trying not to ellaborate on anything else because she was never told what to say on those things.

ETA: Was also glad this morning to see that a search warrant was served at the Smith's home last night. I don't think they were looking for Gabe, but I think they had specific things in mind to look for. PLEASE let this be one step closer to bringing home little Gabe, safe and sound.

TS seems to be a very, very busy girl. I can't believe she has been able to carefully keep up with everything. Hopefully LE found bits and pieces of evidence that they will assist them as they figure out the truth.

Okay so anyone want to venture exactly what charges Tammi will face. I'm confident...there will be charges against her.

I said a few days ago that there should be charges of creating a false document. I'm going to stand by that, but add fraud.
And that's just for the birth certificate. She may get her own custodial interference from that too.

I'm no legal person but my guess is at least: accessory to perjury, parental interference or something of that sort, lying to LE officer.........

Sorry, I don't think there's charges for being stoooopid, but if there was, she qualifies for that!

IF I'm not mistaken, most legal documents you fill out and sign to submit to the court generally have wording on it something to the effect you are basically swearing what you're submitting is true and if found false you're subject to blah, blah, blah......

So, yes, you're right, at the least 'false document!'

One can hope! But since she didn't fill it out and sign it I'm not sure. Maybe an accessory of some sort?

Even if she doesn't know what really went down in SA and isn't involved in that, she was definitely obstructing justice in the investigation of the events leading up to EJ taking off for SA IMO.

In a news conference Tuesday, Tempe investigators said they interviewed Cherry, and he told them he had never met Johnson and never talked with her. Cherry also told police that he was related to Tammi Smith.


Tammi Smith tried to explain.

"I remember the conversation between me and (Elizabeth)," Smith said. "We were laughing about it and I just commented on how Logan (McQueary) and my cousin (Craig Cherry) have the same record about DUIs and stuff and we were making a funny joke about that."

The search warrants come just hours after Tammi Smith voluntarily met with Tempe detectives for more than two hours Thursday.

She quickly admitted that she played a role in manipulating paperwork with Elizabeth Johnson, the mother of baby Gabriel.

"I made a poor decision back when I met Elizabeth," said Smith. "I helped her (Elizabeth) file her paperwork so she could get her child support and things like that. There was another name put on there and I helped her (Elizabeth) fill out that paperwork, and because of that it obviously doesn't make me look good."

The name on the paperwork, was apparently Craig Cherry, which prompted Tempe police detectives to look into the possibility Cherry was Gabriel's father.

According to detectives, Cherry is not Gabriel's father, but is a relative of Tammi Smith.

"Instead of putting a false name there, I helped her (Elizabeth) put another name," said Tammi Smith.

A joke? WTH? How the heck could she do a family member like that? It was funny? OMG...I have now seen it all..
These people don't need any children! NONE!

From what I've observed, TS admitted to LE and on camera, she 'helped' EJ submit those papers and since it's her cousin's name on them (how would EJ have known to use that name without TS's help) she basically confessed.

I believe they could use that in court,................unless they already gave her some sort of immunity.

H needs to be removed from these fanatics before Tammi snaps. She will snap soon and it won't be pretty for whoever becomes her target.

I don't believe she can help herself. She won't let a little thing like admitting to being a liar or a SW served on her home stop her from claiming her 15 minutes of fame that she's now extended to an hour of fame. :banghead:

Well, if that post I saw wayyy back when was REALLY H's bio dad, their days of keeping H may be numbered. I believe I recall he said something about taking some type of action or looking into it further. I think he said he wasn't aware they'd gotten custody of his daughter.

Course, the S's have had her for a few years, so I have no idea where he's been and why it would take something like this for him to find out.

. . . She CLAIMS the document was for the purpose of 'SUPPORT.' She knows that's a darn lie! Why would she put a bogus name on a document trying to collect support for the child? She just doesn't get how stoooopid she sounds.

The fact is, TS, you were helping EJ file that document to try to have Logan taken off as the father so you could steal his baby.

Such a good point! I think her self-serving explanation says it all about her and says a lot about Elizabeth, too. EJ isn't stupid enough to believe that the best way to ensure child support would be to question paternity. They both just wanted to thwart Logan any way possible for each of their different personal agendas -- greed on one hand, spite on the other. They fed on each other's emotions and encouraged each other to believe the ends justify the means. And now both of them want to be "commended," because they have been so caught up in commending each other for their bad acts.
There's no doubt in my mind that when TS told Logan to sign the papers if he wanted to see his son safe, she was committing an outright act of extortion and knew it at the time, and thought she was a pretty clever cookie.
I hope, if for some unimaginable reason she's not charged with multiple crimes, that Logan will at least sue her for libel and harrassment.
