I agree with what you are saying.

And I know that people change, but most of the charges I read were violent charges.
That concerns me.

I agree it was not up to the Smiths to determine that. It most definatily should have went thru the normal legal process. I agree.

I still takes a court and due process to decide this, not us or the smiths...

From your name, I see you most likely have a great bit of knowledge about cases like this and that is very valualbe to us.

Thank you. I normally do not get involved in these high profile case like this as I am a Parental and children's rights activist who is usually involved in more family court due process matters and related domestic issues. But this case has caught my attention bigtime considering we are dealing with predators who are stealing children from people through shady adoptions, stripping parents of their parental rights without due process and now these predators may possibly be involved in a murder of a little baby! LM was the next victim on their list imo. Of course the children are the biggest victims regardless and this case stinks from every which way you look at it and the smiths are right in the middle of it.

No, there's a specific reason WHY they put CC's name on that paperwork. This is yet another reason I feel this entire thing was orchestrated before hand, and I previously posted that I get the feeling EJ always intended to get arrested. But I'm still trying to figure it out.

I think they put CC's name on there so he could sign off on the adoption papers as the father. They were thinking perhaps LM would back off since she had named someone else as a potential father.

But most of the time doesn't the hotel supply the network you bring your own computer, unless your staying in maybe a 5 star hotel which she wasn't.

It seems like I remember seeing a news link early on that said that LE was looking into a computer she used at the hotel to see what web pages she visited...I'm looking for that link now, but lord knows if I'll find it

I did not mis-understand you. I just want other readers to know that although we have our own opinions (and I sure do to!) that we cannot forget that there are legal procedures that must allow due process in these custody situations, it is very obvious that LM was about to be legally manipulated through an attempted adoption by the smiths, this cherry guy is evidence of this and TW also claims this has happened to he and his daughter too.

Yes of course these are all allegations, but as crooked as many of these courts are, TW and LM have the right to due process, especially when children are involved. Obviously the smiths are not the most ethical beings on this planet considering some of their actions.....and I predict they are soon to be arrested and formally charged with something to step up the pressure to find this baby. Atleast TPS may be charged with something....
