Why is it believed that Tammi is still posting online? I haven't seen any posts by her on her fb since yesterday @1:15pm.

I haven't seen any posts by her either but earlier today she did write on someone's wall and I think accepted two more friends. I went back to verify it but it has been taken off her wall.

I just can't stand the Smiths either, but TW's record is horrific IMO.
Some of his charges are very concerning to me.
I don't know if I would want H returned to him and I hope someone is
looking after the younger child he says he is taking care of now.

JMO H may be better off w/ the Smiths than TW. Because, while they are liars and creepy, I have seen no violent charges against them. KWIM

Who knows. I pray for H.

Keep in mind that those 'horrific' charges were dismissed -- and if one checks out JS's daughter's record it might shed some light on the whole situation--grrr

She states there has never been a secret that she was trying to adopt. Police never questioned her about paperwork so she didn't bring it up and she wouldn't have remembered something so significant like Craig Cherry. She was looking for a baby, not a father. She admits to making mistakes but claims it has nothing to do with him missing.

Elizabeth tells her grandfather that she is going to give Gabriel to the Smiths.

Elizabeth tells her grandfather that Gabriel’s best future is with the Smiths, and that the way things are going between she and Logan, “Gabriel doesn’t have a chance”.

Elizabeth tells her grandfather that, since Logan would not relinquish his parental rights, she plans to avoid him for 30 days, and then claim that Logan had abandoned Gabriel.

The Smiths come to Elizabeth’s trailer, and spend 4 hours talking there. Elizabeth tells the Smiths that she is going to give away all of Gabriel’s belongings (Elizabeth may have told the Smiths this in the phone call of December 8, since the Craigslist ad to give away Gabriel’s belongings was placed by Elizabeth on December 8).

Tammi had to beg Elizabeth for Gabriel’s carseat and other belongings.

Elizabeth gives Gabriel to the Smiths.

Elizabeth calls Logan at work and tells him he has to sign papers to relinquish his parental rights so that she can place Gabriel for adoption.

Elizabeth tells Logan, “There is no way in hell you are ever going to see your son again”. Elizabeth threatens to harm Gabriel. Logan is frightened.

Elizabeth kept saying she didn’t want Logan to have Gabriel, and wanted to place him for adoption.

Elizabeth tells Logan that she has already given Gabriel to a couple who is going to adopt him.

Logan refuses to sign any papers.

Either Elizabeth or Logan call LE. It is more likely Elizabeth who calls, because charges of filing a false police report are pending against her for this incident.

Elizabeth tells LE that Logan has kidnapped Gabriel and won’t tell her where Gabriel is.

Six hours later, at 3:30am (December 10), LE finds Gabriel at the Smith’s home.

A Tempe detective goes to the Smith’s home, and is shown temporary guardianship papers. The papers are not official or legal.

The detective tells Tammi that Gabriel should remain with the Smiths.

Gabriel remains with the Smiths until December 18 (total of 10 days).

The Smiths earlier stated that Gabriel stayed with them from late November until early December, and that at this time, they were simply babysitting him while Logan and Elizabeth figured out what they were going to do. This is likely to be untrue.

The Smiths say they didn’t communicate with Logan because Elizabeth told them that Logan was abusive. Tammi has also said that, to her knowledge, Logan has definitely never been abusive.

Hey, BeanE, I'm not sure, but should some of these state that "Grandpa says that Elizabeth said"? I'm trying to keep all this straight myself.

On Dec 8th she posts the ad and by the 13th TS is saying "H has a new bro!"? That is WAY fast.

But remember the intensity of TS -- look what she has done --all the media interviews keeping up with FB posts --becoming BFF to NG!

imo she's been in all of our faces as soon as she got a chance

I say they probably didn't seize her computer as I can see new posts on her FB page made by Tammi herself. I also say she is using a computer because when you post via phone it shows a little <phone> icon beside the post.

Could she be at a friends house? Sure. But at 7am?

Thats what annoys the hell out of me. She says on her facebook that the reward needs to be more than 5,000. Well, then, make it more.. I think with their money and businesses they could offer a better reward.... that is, if they felt that he was actually in harm or didn't know where he was.

I agree Tammi will likely be charged. Not so sure about Jack yet, unless they make stupidity criminal. I don't know how much he knew. I think right now, he seems to want his wife to shut up...he knows now, I am sure, but at the time, he may have known nothing or been fed misinformation. For a married couple, they seem to lead vastly separate lives, as in he supposedly doesn't know where she is or what cities she has visited.

The odd thing is that even though they always appear together, I think it's for show. They barely seem comfortable with each other, let alone for Tammi to be sharing secrets with Jack. He may have been somewhat in the dark, at least at the start of this whole business.

I'm still not buying that Jack didn't know what was going on. He may not have known every detail but Travis Warford claimed that Jack was really involved in getting H from him and that Jack has a side we have not seen publicly. I do believe Jack knew they were trying to get a baby form an unstable mother and that Logan was not violent. Jack is not stupid and knows Tammi's past and was an integral part to getting H. They play public roles that's for sure, both of them. I imagine they also have their own little pact with each other in their marriage/partnership roles and in their business.

Hey, BeanE, I'm not sure, but should some of these state that "Grandpa says that Elizabeth said"? I'm trying to keep all this straight myself.

When I include all the sources, it gets way too long for one post because I have multiple references for many of these things.

Maybe after I get everybody's feedback, and do the updates, I can put together 2 posts for each day - one for what happened, and one with all the reference links for that day.

I just started following this case a few days ago. At first I thought some girl took off with her son she gave up for adoption and le was searching for her, I didn't realize it is now a lifetime movie.
But I can say, I read a little, than watched NG which I haven't watch in a long time since she drives me nuts, and Tammi seemed really nice, but not concern that Gab was missing. Now when I came here to read more, my first thought is she scams. I think she put so much in E head and E trust her. Now Im not saying E in not guilty for whatever, I just feel like T manipulated E into everything. I once saw a tv show about illegal adoptions, and this case, the baby could of been on a plane and flown to another country, the new parents wouldn't give the baby up by choose.

I have posted the top links on her page about the lie and also about the search. People have responded and she is deleting their posts. BUT they were sent to my email as well.
Here is one comment tammi deleted
"Since this is Tammi's page - ya'all should know she's been baby hunting well before Gabriel. LE knows this. I think that's the reason for the search. May not be a connection, but I don't believe she stumbled upon a weeping elizabeth in the airport. There's more to the story that's being told, and we'll find out soon...." they went on to quote the surrogate mom forums.


P.S. when I read tammi's spewing all over the internet I just want to jump through the screen and teach her what spell check is!!! WOW.

she also deleted someone who replied that they were probably searching for cell phone records and computers...anything that may lead them to EJ's trail.

Thank you. I normally do not get involved in these high profile case like this as I am a Parental and children's rights activist who is usually involved in more family court due process matters and related domestic issues. But this case has caught my attention bigtime considering we are dealing with predators who are stealing children from people through shady adoptions, stripping parents of their parental rights without due process and now these predators may possibly be involved in a murder of a little baby! LM was the next victim on their list imo. Of course the children are the biggest victims regardless and this case stinks from every which way you look at it and the smiths are right in the middle of it.

I agree with everything you have stated regarding TW
I saw his first post on another site (not yours) and IMO from what I have researched on both of H's parents there is a lot to the story involving the Smiths -and that should be investigated too --IMO
H should be back with him and her sister, or at least the courts should be able to make a determination on the situation

Elizabeth tells her grandfather that she's "taking care of business". She tells him she is going to change her Social Security Number and name, as well as Gabriel's, and "run forever".

She rents out a room in the trailer she'd shared with Logan and Gabriel for $400, and which was in her name, to a man who answered a Craigslist she placed on December 12.

She sold her two pet Yorkies for $500. She sold her laptop and some jewelry. She also had her last unemployment check and some money from Social Services.

Altogether she had between approximately $1,200 and $2,000.

She told her grandfather she needed to borrow his car for a job interview.

He loaned her his car. This is the last date her grandfather heard from Elizabeth until two weeks later, when she called him from jail.
