Was joint custody of Gabriel ordered on Dec. 11th?

I remember the article also Amster. In fact I was confused because most articles have said that EJ gave Gabriel to the Smiths, then called LE and reported him missing. AND then there was one article that said EJ hid Gabriel and called LE and LE found him under a blanket.

So here is my question... Did LE find him under a blanket at the Smiths? OR were there two separate incidents of EJ hiding Gabriel from LM and calling LE? It sounds like there were 2 separate incidents BUT the blanket story appears to have been dropped, so I am just not sure? :waitasec:

When I include all the sources, it gets way too long for one post because I have multiple references for many of these things.

Maybe after I get everybody's feedback, and do the updates, I can put together 2 posts for each day - one for what happened, and one with all the reference links for that day.

I remember this too. But I haven't found it either. I always had the impression this was an argument waay back unrelated to the Dec events.

Elizabeth tells her grandfather that she's "taking care of business". She tells him she is going to change her Social Security Number and name, as well as Gabriel's, and "run forever".

She rents out a room in the trailer she'd shared with Logan and Gabriel for $400, and which was in her name, to a man who answered a Craigslist she placed on December 12.

She sold her two pet Yorkies for $500. She sold her laptop and some jewelry. She also had her last unemployment check and some money from Social Services.

Altogether she had between approximately $1,200 and $2,000.

She told her grandfather she needed to borrow his car for a job interview.

He loaned her his car. This is the last date her grandfather heard from Elizabeth until two weeks later, when she called him from jail.

I still don't know if these were Yorkies or Poms - the ad is for Poms (and 3 of them?)

The custody hearing takes place.

Logan is designated by the judge to be Gabriel's legal father.

Elizabeth and Logan are granted joint custody, with Elizabeth having custody Wednesday to Sunday, and Logan having custody Sunday to Wednesday.

The Smiths have stated that at this hearing, Elizabeth alone was granted custody, and that Logan was simply granted 'a visit'. The court documents clearly refute this.

I don't know on that one, since it seems to be a gray area. I know that if a poster feels they have been outed and goes to the mods and they agree, it's automatic ban.

BBM. I think a lot of this is just speculation from TPS isn't it? Wasn't the ad for Pomeranians? Didn't TPS spend 4 hours in EJ's trailer? Didn't she see the dogs? Do we have an ad for the laptop and the jewellery? Do you have a copy of all 4? I'd love to see them. And welcome back .
