I don't know on that one, since it seems to be a gray area. I know that if a poster feels they have been outed and goes to the mods and they agree, it's automatic ban.

I thought she was saying the she herself posted this on FB and these replies are to HER on facebook? maybe I am imagining things!

Is Grandpa angry that she took off with his car? Has anyone asked him if HE had a GPS?

Has anyone talked to her new "roommate"? I doubt he knows much, if anything, but it's possible he's not a total stranger, already knew E before he moved in, or that she told him "why" she was going to have an empty bedroom all of a sudden.

Is Logan still making payments on that trailer? Or should E have used some of that money she gathered in early Dec to make a payment. Wonder if the lights and heat are still on for the new roomie??

Also, does anyone know what the 12/8 fight between E and L was about? Maybe about E wanting to adopt out the child that they had been raising for 8 months? The child that L had been bonding with, even if E wasn't.


BTW, I agree that if E was going to throw out a 2nd possible father's name in order to delay determination of custody, she would not have hesitated to use the name of a friend of Logan's, if there was any truth to that. She was very angry at L at the time, and using his friend's name would be a great way to cause L pain. Only problem is, L probably trusted his friend's word over E's word, so that wouldn't work. So TPS suggested a name that L wouldn't know and couldn't easily verify. Add to that the fact that CC is her cousin, so if it flies, she's automatically "family" with the baby she wants to adopt. Two birds, one stone. She'd get with CC later to arrange a little reward for his cooperation.

What I don't get, is how they thought the court would just accept that CC was the dad. A paternity test given to L would prove a 99% chance he was the father (isn't that how they work?), and a paternity test of CC would prove a 0% chance, right? So it had to be just a stalling technique, IMO. Or maybe they thought L would just bail once he got an idea that maybe Gabe wasn't his, that maybe E had been unfaithful all along. IDK, hard to figure out what these nut-jobs would think, since their logic is so warped, compared to normal people.

I really am sorry PrincessA and mamaeb, that was much harsher sounding than I intended. It looks like I was sitting here with my nose in the air when I typed it, and I didn't mean it to sound that way.

Last I knew, we couldn't even copy/paste our own comments. And I do worry about the other posters here in connection with the case, since we don't know how far this could reach and the poster that was being discussed has a lot of personal info on her FB. Couple that with someone maybe going back and reading all of her posts here...it seems a lot of damage could be done with that.

Maybe people can pay to get a false DNA report? Where there are markets, there are suppliers. Maybe that would have somehow been usurped as later on - seems to me these adoption things have a lot of closed records and secrecy. Obviously, some have faked papers and willing attorneys, etc (Janet Morris and The Adoption Agency) to get what they want - people who know all the nuances.


Once the deed is done and legal records are publicly sealed, it is very difficult to find one's that are unethical or illegal as most of it was done legally and the court waved it hand over it. I believe this is what happened in Travis Warford's case.

Kamille, I'm putting together the best information I have. Unfortunately, that means including some information from, for example, Tammi and Elizabeth, that does not have other corroborating references.

LE stated they believe she had $1,200. Please note that I put 'approximately' for the amount of money she had. Add or subtract as you feel appropriate.

As I posted a bit above, I can't include all the reference links or the posts get too long to post. After I put the info together with everybody's updates, I will do two posts for each date - one with what happened, and one with the reference links.

I've been working hard on this. It is my best, regardless of how inadequate it may be. Please give me a chance to get everything posted, and get everyone's feedback, and get the reference links posted.

Thank you for your post and apology. I did go back and edit my posts <taking out the initials> That statement I posted from Tammi from her fb was paraphrased. I realize there is a lot of personal info out there and for everyone to see. It really doesn't matter what Tammi posts on her fb anyways but since not everyone has access to some info, I was trying to help by posting some of her posts that seem relevant to me.

I say they probably didn't seize her computer as I can see new posts on her FB page made by Tammi herself. I also say she is using a computer because when you post via phone it shows a little <phone> icon beside the post.
