The sketch doesn’t seem like it matches the description of this John Doe

its possible its a mix up. i just know many Mx men who have red hair and it tends to be a dark red brown so its possible its him or not.

His hair could definitely be a darker red-brown. It's mostly the moustache that's throwing me off, since that's the most distinctive thing about the entire sketch and there's nothing else suggesting the UID actually had a moustache. My first thought was to go looking for MPs with moustaches because of it.
