Just went back and looked again, and noticed the white patch too. Sorry, I was going more by the 'look' of its ears and general appearance and jumped to conclusions :blushing:

I almost wish it was JMs dog because it would be another clue that he was staying there. With so little to go on, our clues are in the dogs :banghead:

I hate to bring this up, since it was already discussed, but I can not find it. The camera was aimed at the sky? Or is this just someones thoughts? tia

It was pointed up. I posted a picture last night of it. It is unclear when it was pointed up though, and if it was even connected to anything/working.

Last night on NG they showed the camera, which was pointed towards the sky.

Would the Moore security camera be able to see if someone was on the Celis roof moving camera around? Is there anything on the roof that would block the view?

Tucson News Now (Fox) will have parents interview at noon,

KVOA live online at 11am.

KGUN9 will also have an interview (planned around 11, but not live). Have not said when they will air.

From KGUN9 http://www.kgun9.com/news/local/150175035.html:

The Tucson Police Department announced the decision. TPD said the family is requesting strict controls on the event. Sergio and Rebecca Celis will take questions from local television reporters in a pool coverage format. Only one camera will be allowed, and only one reporter from each station will be allowed. Further, the family picked the reporter it wants from each station.

I agree that LR knows JM, and that JM misidentified as Isa's uncle.

I believe LR is Becky's brother, not uncle. NG also introduced him as such. I am fairly sure LR is featured in two of JM's pics captioned "primos," so if they are actual cousins as JM calls it, JM is Isa's first cousin once removed.

(snip)

Just sharing my pov.

My bad... I MEANT Isabel, but typed Becky. TYVM.

I believe Jhessye died at the hands of her mother.

Is there new information that makes Isa's Mom look suspicious? I'm behind on this thread. Thanks in advance

Not that I've seen. I was just replying to a poster asking thoughts on if the two girls disappearances could be connected.

What makes you think they got the dogs from the Humane Society?

Nothing in particular except the one that we saw looks like a mix breed and they have a lot of them put up for adoption at the Humane Society.

Or at least they do where I live.

IMO

On NG last night they said the camera was not working.

It did look like it would be pretty easy to get into the Celis's yard though. The reporter was 5' 8" and could easily lift his leg to the top of the wall while standing on an electrical meter.

Imo, there is not one shred of evidence pointing to anyone ever molesting Isa. From everything we have heard by the people that REALLY KNOWS this family they have said they are a wonderful family. From all we have seen she is loved immensely by her family including her extended family.

IMO

Respectfully edited. With all due respect, there is very little evidence of any kind known to the public regarding Isabel's disappearance. Personally, I find the parents to be evasive and secretive, and I strongly suspect that they are hiding something of major importance to the case.

As for comments about the family made by relatives - I'll take them with a grain of salt. No one is going to say anything bad about parents or the family of a missing child, but that doesn't mean that everything is rosy behind closed doors. Every family - yours, mine, and everyone else here - has secrets and skeletons in the closet that they'd prefer to keep hidden from others. Unfortunately, when a child goes missing or a family has to deal with any type of crime involving a loved one, the sometimes awful, painful truth comes out and figures into the case.

I trust that LE and the FBI knows a lot more about the family, friends, and acquaintances than we do and that they are leaving no stone unturned in their investigation. The truth will come out in due time, and I will remain open to any and all possibilities about what has happened to this six-year-old and why. :moo:

Can someone tell me about "Moore"? What type of business is it? With all this surveillance camera talk, I keep remembering that it was some sort of security company? Is that correct? Do they sell surveillance cameras? It's located right across from Isabel's home, right?

TIA

Same here, most families around here-I am from the other side of the country-tend to adopt from various humane societies.

I would think that if dogs were from the Humane Society, they most likely would have had dog licences and vaccination proof. When one adopts from the Humane Society, one must have these things, and then most cities track renewals, and cite those who do not renew these things. Tucson Animal Care seems to treat dog regulations very seriously. JMO

Ah, I didnt think of that. You are right.

My bad.......I didnt think far enough ahead before I posted my opinion about the Humane Society. LOL!

I don't think the parents have been any more secretive or evasive than LE has.

Did Nancy indicate how they know the camera is not working on the Celis' home?

  • #878
We know one thing for sure. They have not expanded their search. They remain focused within the 3 mile radius. Yes, they did say information was sent across the border to Mexico but in Tucson, Arizona, the search was and still is as far as I know, right close to home.:moo:

Did Nancy indicate how they know the camera is not working on the Celis' home?

GRACE: ... somebody decides to break into a house that`s got a 5- foot-plus wall fortification around it, and if they`re taller than you, and if they get on top of that meter box, then they can get in. OK, go ahead, Greg.

OVERZAT: Well, Nancy, this is not the only point of entry that I have noticed. Now, real quickly, before I get to the next point, there is this security camera directly above the back porch of the home. Now, if you`ll notice, it`s actually facing towards the sky. We believe that had it actually been fully functioning -- we heard reportedly that it was not functioning -- and police have looked at it and there was nothing on it because it is allegedly broken -- it would be pointing down into this back yard.

So the question of, you know, when that camera was broken, the last time it was operable, we still don`t know. But it`s interesting that that is there and pointing toward the sky.

Now, if you`ll come with me a little bit further down this wall, you can actually see that there is this huge trash can. There`s really no other way to describe it. It`s a very large black trash can. It seems like a lot of the homes on the street have it. And if someone were to get up on that, that would be a very easy way to get...
