Okay... Behind in my rading... Jumping in... Typing on iPad.. Messy...
But hoe ironic their. Anniversary is Mother's Day this year...
and... BC and Sc remind me of Moticia and Gomez of Addams Family fame.
she is aloof, reserved, thinks hubby is a goof..
He is passionate, artsy and a goof.
sorry not trying to offend..
Just irrelevant observations?

It is ok, we passionate, artsy and goofy men embrace it.

I'd have to go back and look. It seems like ages ago, now! Lol

If there was an accident or a crime committed in the Celis' home, I think that the parents and/or Isabel's brother would experience some anxiety or fear when brought to the residence. Perhaps investigators were tuned in to the level of emotional discomfort when the family members were taken to the home individually. :moo:

From my experience working in a middle school, 14 yr old boys are notoriously awful liars. Their voices crack and they get over emotional. I really think if a seasoned detective took that poor kid into the home and asked him difficult questions about what happened that night and early morning, that kid would give it up---if he knew anything.

It would be a good reason to be separated, for sure.

I still want to know what's up with the No Contact order.

I do too. Also LE really didn't HAVE to release that, there's a reason.

I didn't know that it was ever determined what the dogs alerted on. Was that in an article or an interview somewhere. The last I heard was the LE spokesman saying one of the dogs hit on something, but he wouldnt specify which type of dog or what he hit on.

Right. LE stated that ONE of the two FBI dogs alerted to something in the home. I have never seen any statement relating dogs to car.

Another reason I have a hard time feeling this family is guilty, they let the kid be interviewed by LEO without an attorney or parental presence. Kid that age stands no chance against seasoned interrogators if he really knew anything.

But saying offensive and insensitive things is fun, its called the internet.

Not to mention, he IS effeminate. I didn't know it was offensive. I rather thought it was good adjective.

I don't know another word to describe the same group of characteristics. :)

So ima step outta this conversation, lol!

Keep in mind that the parents do not have to allow a minor to be interviewed alone, they can demand their presence or hire an attorney, the fact that they did allow him to be questioned alone speaks in their favor and innocence.

The correct word would be to say he is "graceful" that would suffice to differentiate him from the rest of us klutzy, smelly, unshaven neanderthals.

Man, I appreciate what LE has to wade through to solve cases like these, but it is nerve wracking to be waiting for some official info, even though technically it's none of out business! Lol

Good point. That was one of the criticisms in the baby Lisa Irwin case. Her parents did not want the older brothers questioned by LE, after the initial quick interview the morning of the 'kidnapping.' And the mother claimed that she had not talked to the boys about that evening because she did not want to upset them. That sounded really hinky to me, because it would seem MORE upsetting if a parent didn't address such a traumatic event as a baby sister going missing. Why wouldn't you talk to your other kids about it? And why wouldn't you want the authorities to try and get as much helpful information as possible when trying to solve the mystery of your missing child?

So that does go to their credit that they allowed the interviews w/out attorneys or parental presence.

Absolutely agree...

Or "Metro"!

I need to make sure to talk to my DD today about always referring to herself as a "tomboy"! Pretty sure that is offensive, too. At least once I explain to her that she should be offended by the way she chooses to describe herself.

Lol, Mr. Knot read this thread and said "so those are my only two choices?".

Ive determined the only way to not offend in some capaicty or another is to go live with Buddhist monks in the forest and take a vow of silence, although I am sure someone would find a way to take issue with that too.

I'd be curious to know (1) what exactly makes you believe that Sergio is gay? and (2) how do you then draw a connection from one "being gay" to one having pedophilic interests? Really, I'd like to know... TIA!

He is feminine, overly theatrical, somewhat like Liberace and Adam Lambert. IMO. As I stated it is MY opinion. As far as being a pedofile, I didn't mean to sound like gay=pedofile. I do not believe it does. I was just trying to think of reasons for the No Contact Order that would relate to my feeling of Sergio being gay and that was what I came up with. I am sorry if I offended anyone.

I guess my comments seem to cause a stir in the WS community so I will not make anymore. I will become a lurker.

Not offended at all! Just making light of how careful we have to be with descriptive words these days, sometimes at the expense of being able to make a truthful observation. :)

Not directed at you or anyone! Just a general aside!

I am not offended;)
