I have been one to speak out against the whole idea of him being gay, a gambler or drug dealer in debt etc, but I am really starting to wonder about those 6:30 am male voices the girl next door heard, seems to me she did hear them as I cant imagine any reason she would just make that up and while it could be anyone and likely not related to the case I cant help but sometimes wonder if indeed some very unsavory characters just showed up and took her, if it were a debt situation involved drugs or something and again I will repeat that this family shows no telltale signs of being drug addicts BUT IF IT WERE about DEBT in some fashion to some unsavory people those kind of people are not the type that prowl around at night to take things from you to pay the debt, they come right in during broad daylight and take whatever they want and they dont care who sees them, in FACT THEY WANT YOU TO SEE THEM as that is the whole point, to scare and intimidate. So if she did hear those voices I do wonder if this might be the case and to FURTHER EXPAND upon that I wonder if the no contact thing would be related, then, to Sergio trying to make sure the boys keep their mouths shut as to what they saw, not so much to cover his own 🤬🤬🤬 but to PROTECT THEM from these same people, and CPS and LE now want to keep him away from them so they can get the boys to talk and open up more without the threat of Sergio's intimidation.

This would also jive with Becky knowing they will be home soon, hoping THEY ARE FEEDING HER etc.

OMGosh, I thought something may have broken in this case when I signed in because there has been so much activity on the thread. But it appears the majority of the pages have been focused upon whether or not Sergio is gay or not and what implication that may have on his daughter's disappearance.

While I don't condone gay or even bisexual life styles I don't believe the group who choses to live this way are any more likely to abuse their children any more than "straight" people.

It has been suggested that perhaps Sergio brought an unsavory character into the house because he was gay and that partner is responsible for Isa's disappearance. Guess it could be true but cannot settle on that theory as it doesn't fit occam's razor. Too many "and if," and "and if then's" would have to be inserted.

Sexual preferences sure shouldn't indicate anyone is a potential murderer/kidnapper but it shouldn't be an exclusion either. Both heterosexuals and homosexuals have the same capacity for evilness. It rains on the poor and rich alike.

Wonder what interest a gay guy would possibly have in a little 6 year old girl ? MOO

I've seen no signs that LE is confident in finding an alive Isa. Perhaps I'm missing some press conference others have seen in which LE has indicated this. They haven't publicly said what they really think. Is there some secret code that folks have detected?

At this point I'm waiting for someone to declare their cat whispered Isa's location in their ear and they should only disclose this information if someone says the correct passphrase.

I do agree it has to be something very serious and THREATENING towards the kids for them to deny a parent contact. That said, the question remains is this behavior related directly to her disappearance or the RESULT of pressure and stress BECAUSE OF THE DISAPPEARANCE. That is where some of us are divided.

But where are we getting "stress" or "breakdown" from? LE said they found or learned something in the course of the investigation.

As soon as the neighbor/ear witness told her story to MSM I thought (MOO) she was making it up for attention. It's obviously JMO and I'm sure it's not a popular theory, but I can't seem to shake the idea that she did it for her 15 minutes of fame.

I agree...I have not heard LE say any more or any less than they always say when a child is missing...they will never say they believe she is deceased unless they have a crime scene. LE has not said that about Lisa Irwin, even with a dog hit, so that is not enough to do it. It is the old cliche with LE, "we have no evidence to show she is NOT alive." Same thing they are saying with Sierra as they scour every body of water in the area...

Certainly possible, people have done worse to get on tv.

I wonder if Sergio is also barred from coaching little league?

LE have found a body near ranch west of Tucon. They are saying looks a few month old and not saying anything else like m or f or anything like that. That is odd as they alway's state appears to be M or F. hmm

I think people are speculating about why CPS is involved. I haven't seen any article stating this was the case. (breakdown or stress)

Can someone please clarify for me if Sergio was a dental "surgery assistant" or did he work exclusively as an opera singer? (I watched the video of him singing Ava Maria, and it was beautiful - he is a great singer.) If, he also worked in dentistry, do we know who his friends were? I have not seen a facebook page for him??? Thanks in advance - I have been ripping my home to pieces in the midst of a construction project, while preparing for a graduation party for my daughter, so I am a multi-tasking beast!!! I am trying to keep up, and this case is high on my list of things to worry and pray about. I just can't keep up with everything right now - thanks for your help.

WOW! If I read this right, she studied for and became an RN (after being LPN for almost a year) while either pregnant with or new mom to her second son, and with a pre-schooler at home. Kudos to Mrs. Celis!

I am still trying to come up with some kind of scenario that would reasosnably explain an emergency no contact order with nothing else to accompany it. For example, if the parent were suicidal, one would not see a no-contact order, one would see that suicidal individual hauled off to the hospital.

The only thing that comes to mind is some kind of credible threat of violence that, due to the nature of this case, the police and CPS are taking very seriously while they finalize things on their end prior to an arrest. For example, if one parent rolled over on the other I could imagine the police and CPS issuing such an order while they wait on a grand jury or the DA's office to approve charges.

However, I am pretty much just spitballing here as I really don't know.

My gut is telling me that charges are going to be filed here very soon, perhaps tomorrow.

Just a guess, my opinion, and it probably means nothing.

I know, but it seems to have taken on a life of its own, as things often do...if someone just checks in here and doesn't read back, they may think this has been established.

I think it is a highly unlikely scenario, personally, as the last thing that should be done is remove all sources of contact with someone who is going thru an emotional crisis due to a tragedy...
