AFAIK. tje neighbor couldn't look out the window. She would have to get and dressed (if she wasn't) to go outside. She is a young girl and obviously not the nosey-type or she would have found a way to see what the commotion was.

She indicated the Celis dogs bark alot. Poor things..left outside, no wonder. She did say the barking that morning was more the frantic type (in retrospection)

Why couldn't she look out her window? I don't think trying to see what a commotion is outside my window would be being nosey. Maybe I am too scary. lol jmo

Do homeowners in your area read their own meters and fill it out the readings each month on their bill? IF not, then a meter reader has to have access to that yard to read the meter which can indicate the front courtyard gate in not locked.

My meter is on the side of my home and accessible to the electric company. However, per TEP: "For more than a decade, Tucson Electric Power has been installing electric meters at homes and businesses that can be read remotely through low-energy wireless communications equipment. "

Their home is newer and likely has the above technology. Our water meters are the same.

As of now, we have a 6.5 hour window of opportunity. If you think the neighbor is lying, then there is an 8 hr window.

We have no idea when the boys fell asleep. Top Secret. If I entered a room to wake-up my DD and her window was wide open and she wasn't there, I'd be on to 911 in a second. BUT we have been told it was the oldest son who noticed the window open.

So did Sergio not notice the window and went to the boys room and they are the ones that noticed it? How could Sergio NOT notice the window. It is huge! There should have been fiber from a stranger on her bed linens. There should have been fibers on the window frame.

So if these strangers knew where she slept and climbed in, did they leave by the window. What makes sense to me is Isa was passed through the window to another male; they then exited through the wooden gate and left in a car in the alley. Problem is somebody had to secure the wooden gate again.

So that leaves the strangers entering or exiting through the home and the inside dog not barking and Sergio never waking up. They had to pass by him X2...and then they locked the doors behind them.

Lark2 where is it ???

Stuff's out there about Sergio's LDT results, the drywall removed from the closet with a message, LE sources saying there is no evidence of a stranger abduction, etc etc. Lots of stuff already brought up here. Stuff on other blog sites with more liberal posting policies, etc.

IIRC, she said her window faces Isa's bedroom window (??) Wouldn't human instinct take over if it was unusual barking? Yes, she's young but even her own dog started barking. The first thing I'd do is check my own house to ensure nobody was breaking into mine and then look out the window.

I guess it doesn't matter now, unfortunately. She claims to have gone back to sleep but I wonder. Maybe she's afraid to say too much. As long as she told LE everything, I'm good.

My dog barks crazy, nutz barking when someone walks near my wall. It doesn't happen often and she is very aware of people being where they usually aren't. They don't have to be doing anything nefarious, just too close for her. I might look if it was in the middle of the night, but in daylight, I would, and do, go back to sleep.

I cant speak for anyone else Whisperer but I do discount it.

I dont think the men talking above the barking dogs when it was already daybreak had anything to do with Isa's disappearance.

The neighbor said the men werent talking loudly but yet she was almost sure they were speaking English........that makes me pause because I know how hard it is to hear someone when my dogs are barking up a storm close to me.

I just dont think anyone would be taking a child out of a home at daybreak when dogs were barking loudly right at them to drawn attention to them.

There was nothing preventing the neighbor from getting up and seeing everything that was going on.

IMO

I agree. Something that caught my attention is that there is what has been described as a "public" walkway that runs underneath the neighbor's window. She said that her initial reaction upon hearing the voices was that they belonged to someone walking by. Chances are that's what happened. Not only did this incident with the voices/dogs happen at daybreak, but it also happened during the time period when RC would have been getting ready/leaving for work. I think she heard the voices and dogs just as she said, and only later thought that it might be significant due to Isa's abduction. IMO

Do you happen to know if there was a power outage sometime in the middle of the night which would make it April 21st in or around where Isa's home is?

I don't know, no. I live quite a distance from the Celis' neighborhood. If there was an outage, it was likely minor and didn't appear to make the news. Although minor outages are not uncommon here (like when Joe Goat Roper accidentally drives into a power pole), and larger outages quite common during the monsoons.

AFAIK, the meterbox was that blue thing outside in the alley. The brown box on the side of the house looks like an electical power line box.

Never mind you answered this above lol. Thank you.

- Forgot about the writing inside the closet and a prior visit by CPS.

- I've not seen any reference to Sergio's LDT results, but I'm not out searching on other sites or blogs so if the info is not in MSM reports I'm missing it.

wait wait wait...............

"drywall removed from the closet with a message" THAT IS NOT leaked information. that is a wild rumour by some random anonymous person in the comment section of a ridiculous (IMO) blog.....saying "i know someone who knows someone blah blah blah".....

i would put ZERO faith into that rumour. in fact, i have dismissed it completely because....i have posted anonymously on the very blog (during baby lisa saga) and i could have posted ANYTHING i wanted w/ zero accountability.

I don't know if this will help but I placed the best floorplan so far that I've seen, aside the actual home. See if we can figure this out a little better this way. Maybe not lol.

Thanks... This helped me get a better perspective of exterior vs. interior of the house!

She also said it was daylight so maybe that played a factor?

While it may appear public, it's not. It doesn't seem to go to the street and is a sidewalk to access the rear guest house/addition to that particular neighbor's home. IMO. The fact that they do not have a fenced front yard is troubling. Who on earth would want to invite others to walk the entire depth of your property before realizing it wasn't meant for that purpose?!? If there is a fence in the front of their home, I didn't catch it. In the video I kept saying "wow, that's lame". But that's just how I roll.

Like what, other than:

- the voluntary CPS agreement
- a window screen out
- a ladder laying somewhere outside
- a camera on the roof pointed skyward (no confirmation if this is a working camera)
- LE not clearing the parents
- LE doing searches in a gully/wash area
- a dog hit of some kind in the house (no specifics)
- case ruled as an "abduction" but that does not exclude the parents
- some portions of a couple 911 calls released

Those haven't been leaks.

If there are other facts released by LE I've not seen them.

No, not on the record facts, just stuff said by LE sources, etc. But a lot of times, that's where you'll get the real story.

Look again. It's their utility meter next to the brown main breaker box. imo

This one was just the other day downtown

Updated: May 16, 2012 6:31 PM EDT

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -
About 1,400 Tucson Electric Power are without power. TEP says the area is centered just south of downtown.

Right now crews are looking for the cause of the outage and are working to restore service.

Still searching for one on April 21st just in case.

That is why I think she embellished her story. If it was all that dramatic she would have checked it out instead of rolling back over and going back to sleep.

It also makes me think the dogs werent barking as loudly as she tried to say they were because if they were that panicked she wouldnt have been able to be almost sure the men were speaking English and she said they werent talking loud. Hmmm that does not comport with what she said about the dogs barking at the very same time, imo

I dont doubt she heard something but I do think she made it much more dramatic than it really was.

IMO

Could be but she could have also been afraid or told not to say more than she has by LE.
