they don't want us to know what they know about the inside of the house and why they are not clearing the parents or close family:moo::moo: and for sure they don't want the public to know the probable cause and or items that were taken from the house.

they have extended that search warrant seal for a reason..

The re-canvas of RSOs in the area is more like a repeat knock and talk imhoo to make sure they are all ruled out.

so were those 0630 voices the neighbor heard possibly "staging" of the window? Makes me think it could be the case? (just throwing that out there because I had been thinking about that as a possibility)

This is how it appears to me as well. If we saw what LE was requesting to remove from the house on the warrants, for example, we might draw conclusions about who they are looking at, and what scenario they suspect. Better to keep them sealed, until charges are brought, JMO, as much as I, like others, am dying to see them.

From what I can tell we've got more than 15,000 posts here in Isa's threads where EVERYONE IS getting their say.. no one's say is getting censored so long as its within TOS. Posts that reply stating an opposing opinion are simply stating their "say" as well..thats not attacking or squelching anyone's opinion but rather is only stating they may or may not agree and why.

By saying "They are damned if they do, damned if they don't" is not only belittling the reasoning of those who are suspicious about what the family has said, but it makes it sound like those of us who are suspicious based on these comments are just out to get the family no matter what. That isn't the truth, and it isn't fair at all. I think those of us who are suspicious of them are just as reasonable as those who aren't, and we should be allowed to express those opinions without the judgement.

I feel entirely criticized and sometimes the victim of outright snark whenever I try and come to the defense of something either parent has said or done. So I think the opinions of both sides are getting equally bashed. Jmo.

Yes, I think the last sentence in my post reflects that all of us shouldn't be criticized for our posts. It is one thing to point out flaws in ones theories, or mistaken information - but it another to judge or belittle an entire theory. We all have had good input.

I sat and reflected upon the afternoon press conference during dinner. At first I was disheartened, because it seemed like they were 'starting over.' They talked about re-interviewing the pertinent RSO's, and going to the 30 or 40 homes that they missed earlier, and looking at all of the surveillance tapes.

However, upon reflection, it could be something else entirely. I know that when my Dad heard that the cops were doing a flurry of follow up interviews and tying up loose ends, he would say that his client was probably about to be arrested. Right before they arrest the husband in a wife's murder, for example, they tie up all of the loose ends over tips about other perps, so they can answer to that during the preliminary hearing, etc.

I actually got this same feeling today too. I wasn't disheartened at all. I think at this point they are getting all their ducks in a row. Unfortunately they still haven't found Isabel, but I hope that if they don't before they make an arrest, they can at least get it out of the SOB. I also thought he spoke with much more confidence today than in previous pressers.

Just to give some hope to those who are dejected about this case, I will share something. I am following a murder case which is at trial right now.

Thirty days after the crime occurred, the judge ruled that the search warrants for the crime scene were to remain sealed to protect the integrity of the investigation. People were saying "oh man, LE has nothing." The reporters were ticked off.

BUT literally a day or two later, the detectives got their DNA results from having surveilled their suspect (who the public had no clue about) and obtaining his DNA from a cigarette butt. Just like that, BAM, they swarmed the perp, took him into custody and solved the case, one or two days after ordering the warrants remain sealed.

And there is no question that the perp is the guilty party - the defense admits it. The trial is only about whether or not it was premeditated and degree of guilt.

So you just never know what those detectives are up to and exactly what they know. Keep the faith!

Thanks Bee. IIRC there were more warrants served in the neighborhood. I'll see what I can dig up.

Exactly! All it really means is that they need more time. It could be a day, a week, a month...but I really get the feeling they are closing in. I will remain hopeful lease:

He also uses the words "of a sensitive nature" in reference to sealed warrants.
Im thinking that they have something that could potentialy be very dangerous for the general public to involve themselves in & also LE treading very carefully as it is very daugerous for them also. JMHO
