Ok late night folks...going to put something totally random out here-it has caught my attention in this case and that is that Party Store near the Celis's. Was checking out sex offenders last night in her zip....and on Family Watchdog there is a list of recent moves-in and out.

I hope all the employees past and present at that party store were checked out. They sell theatrical supplies also from what I read on their main website.
That local store had one review (bad) that said the employees were not helpful or knowledgeable.
I mean, walking distance-perfect place for a sex offender to hang out/get a job etc.

Your point about the Party Store is well taken given that there was a recent report in the paper about the guy who was following young children around a store in Florida trying to entice them into his sick world . . .

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...small-children-round-store.html#ixzz1vVxMP6f8

However, I am still leaning towards a possible inside job on dear Isabel's disappearance - time will tell, but the above news story is a lesson for all of us with small children or grandchildren - it proves how careful you have to be in this day and age.

if they went to the address he had given the court reporter when he did his paperwork, then yes they would have attempted to serve him his warrant at the celis home since that is the address they had on file for him at the time.

Just a reminder note - court records are public information, but they need to be linked. It is okay to link to, and discuss court records. It is not okay to post addresses OR information that does not pertain to the case or to a POI/Suspect as named by LE or MSM.

Hope that helps,

Salem

Once is never enough with a man like you
Do that to me one more time I can never get enough of a man like you,
Oh kiss me like you just did
Oh, baby, do that to me once again..

Good ol Capt and Tenille.. every time I see our "Dewey" this song is stuck in my head for hours and sometimes I don even realize til hours later til I catch myself singing it out loud and then realize my brain had once again subconsciously picked it up from having seen "Dewey's " name..

The children would have been placd within the extended family if SC decided not to follow the NCO. Only in cases where there is no extended family,or the extended family either does not wish to take in the children,or have things like serious criminal records etc., would the children be placed in a foster home.

I did not understand why he ever went along with the NCO... Unless he did not wish to be deposed.Under oath. ...JMO

IMO, he needs a lawyer...

Disagree strongly that the boys would have been placed with family. This is a missing person case and not "just" a typical DCF case that I saw day in and day out.

There is not a NCO. There is a voluntary removal. Not the same thing, again. :moo:

Very good point. I know it is much easier to find faults with LE on things, rather than commend them when things go well, but this is a really good point. This document is really good to have created and sent out to people, but my goodness, it sure would have been nice to have created and sent this out in a "TIMELY" fashion. Good grief.

There is a good LE show on that is called "the first 24 hours" or something along those lines, where the show makes a point about the first 24 hours is so critical in investigations. One would think this questionairre idea could have been produced and sent out within the first week of her disappearance. I am both glad and sad to hear about this questionairre. Glad it is done and sent, but sad it wasnt done much much sooner. Again, good grief.

I got that questionairre (a similar one, anyway) on April 22. All of the neighbors I talked to did as well. I think the ones being distributed now are for people that might not have been home at that time.

FWIW, I'm one of the people in the city of Tucson that TPD is supposed to "protect and serve." And I have been VERY impressed with the way they've been handling this case. Sure, I'd love to know more details but I respect the department more for keeping things close to the vest. I think some posts here and replies to replies to other replies get spun out of context so quickly that assumptions are made based on the contents of the replies and not the posts themselves which might have a link to an article or website that could easily explain the situation in better detail. It just ends up being a confusing mess, like my last sentence. :blushing: JMO

Whewey Dewey!

I wonder if CPS separated Sergio from the family because they suspect Becky is covering up for him? Maybe LE is trying to get Becky to implicate him? I am thinking that maybe she is abused by him and is afraid of him. Maybe distancing her from him will make her talk?

Becky and Sergio can see/talk to each other all they want. It's just the boys that Sergio cannot be around.

I might well have used the past tense in a situation like that. I can easily see myself thinking, "At her last doctor's appointment, she was 30 lbs" and then figuring out how long it had been since then, and how much she might have grown and then come up with 40. Some of my thinking process would be out loud and some not. Which fits with Sergio's jumbled answer to 911.

I agree. Also, it could be a transcription error. The 2 phrases "she was 30 lbs."
and "she weighs 30 lbs." sound very similar when spoken aloud. JMO

Here http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showpost.php?p=7839469&postcount=381 is one of the first posts to in depth discussion MVD, CN2Souls, Knox, Patty and other has on this topic bck on thread five ...along with pictures of various home descriptions, floorplans etc. all from Pima County Assessor
if anyone is curious ... its a good thread IMO

Go, Pima County Assessor! LOL. What a mess. I can just about guarantee folks that house is not 3500-3800 square feet. No way, no how. There are FARs (floor area ratios) for homes to the lot size. As far as I can see looking at any/all sources, the stated square footage for that lot size would exceed residential FARs in that area. So I don't believe that any data on that particular home (including taxes) is to be taken at face value. Ooooohhh... maybe they have an underground bunker?!? <---joke. To break your brain, there's more on Tucson FAR formulas at http://cms3.tucsonaz.gov/sites/default/files/planning/Complete%20LUC.pdf .

not necessarily.

attorney's aren't on layaway nor lease...

every charge in court that the c's have individually been brought up on has been represented in court by a public defender.

and dismissed.

;)

I am blessed. My lawyer in NY has been doing a layaway plan with me for over 18 years! (I have the most spiteful, ignorant EX on the planet who continued to file against me well after my youngest kids turned 21!). I only owe the layaway lawyer $8700 more. <kill me now>

But really, many/if not most people who have a first offense will take a PD. Especially if they've been told it is going to be an easy "let off"...

Wow, what a guy, gets caught and gives the address of a family with children, winner.

Lands at will.

Unless that was his residence at the time. Not saying if it was or was not, but it's certainly a possibility.

But I agree (and have since day 1). He screams loser in my mind.
