This may have been answered already and I missed it. Is this normal for all these doc's to be released on a case or is there a reason LE are releasing them?? Sorry, I'm new at this so not sure how it works.

Arizona Public Records Law
The Arizona Public Records Law is a series of laws designed to guarantee that the public has access to public records of government bodies at all levels in Arizona. The law was first enacted in 1901.
http://sunshinereview.org/index.php/Arizona_Public_Records_Law

Under this law, evidence in a criminal case is released to the public when requested. In this case, either LE released it on their own, or the media requested that the information to be released.

There are many states that have a "Public Records Law" or the "Sunshine Law" as with the Casey Anthony case in Florida.

Can you remember photos on POF of these types of boots? Or maybe FB ... gonna go search

I have a "stalled" brain today; what is POF? TIA Never mind, my brain woke up!

ANITA's pic of box in alleway on south wall of yard

My screen shot of gas meter on west wall of house by wall

If someone was standing on the gas meter to look in the window, would they be looking into the kitchen?

As to footprints, I found the last measurable rainfall in Tucson to be Mar 18. But I don't know if that would be enough to wash away dusty footprints.

I don't know, I have found that most police officers initially looking at a scene are fairly knowledgeable and would not be as specific as to say a Wolverine work boot if it was something like cleats. To me, that says, they have an informed opinion. But then again as ocean pointed out there are a lot of different Wolverine work boots and therefore sole patterns

The way I look at it, whoever wrote the report and said "Wolverine work boot, or similar type of shoe" owned at one time or another Wolverine work boots, which is why they said "Wolverine". Obviously they couldn't say for certain if it was Wolverine because they said "or similar type of shoe". So, it could be that the persons perception was a little skewed about the type of shoe. We don't know who wrote the report, so its hard to say if it was just a person taking photographs, or a real investigator.

We have to remember that these are reports by officers at the scene, not necessarily investigators. What was written was that they appear to be wolverine brand boots, or a similar type of shoe. If someone isn't thinking about cleats, they could very well write down work boots. We have no idea what was ruled out or not.

I dont really know Lava but they specifically named Wolverines and there are hundreds of manufacturers that puts out workboots.

So they had to have a reason for saying they looked like Wolverines.

Okay, to me many things in the documents point to an abduction...but what is being left out for now must, IMO points to the reason(s) LE cannot rule out the parents' involvement even after all this time. I believe there is incriminating evidence we are not going to see for a while.

I also believe this was released to show how much work LE has been doing and how they have taken every tip, no matter how "out there" seriously.

I keep looking around the forum and WS for the newly released documents, are they online? Thanks all any links.

Thank you so very much for recalling I was looking for a picture of the den door. :blowkiss:

The video clearly shows the door for sure.

No curtains on the windows? Maybe the blinds are pulled up.

No, those windows are on the garage side. If you recall seeing the family, one by one, going in the garage with LE, and then they went through a door at the back end of the garage. There appears to be a room there, maybe like a "mud room" before entering the house.

The picture below is a wider shot of that area.

Thank you. I knew about Florida, but in the Rebecca Zahau case here in California it seemed nearly impossible for her family to even get access, but maybe it also had to do with them claiming no crime was committed!

Does California have a Public Records Law/Sunshine Law"?

Any betting people want to wager on what her bombshell will be?

"Bombshell tonight: possible blood found on shower curtain"
or
"Bombshell tonight: police search bomb shelter near little Isa's home"
or
"Bombshell tonight: sensationalize, sensatioalize, blah blah, my twins, blah"

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Knowing Nancy she will say blood WAS found on the shower curtain even though nothing has been revealed. I guess she will skip over the fact that the inoperable car was never impounded by police in her rush to sensationalize.:floorlaugh:

If it s a Wolverine they can contact the manufacturer to ID the shoe. In fact LE/FBI have experts that can identify shoes from the tread on the sole.

Just an aside, and it may mean nothing to everyone else, but it's an important thing to keep in mind, IMO.

I had to take classes about Robbery/Suspicious Activity for my job. They taught us that most of the times, when getting a description of a criminal, to pay attention to their shoes. The reason being is because most criminals think to change their clothes or alter their appearance in some way (i.e. wearing a hat, shaving facial hair, covering tattoos), but they don't usually think to change their shoes.

Thanks, that is interesting.

I bet if the perp reads the docs those shoes are going to be thrown away ASAP!

Is there some kind of logo on the bottom that would indicate the brand? A big "W" stamped in the sand might indicate the brand.

Patty, look at the red car parked outside. There would be plenty of room for cars inside the garage before the window starts. Also, now I see the kitchen is in the interior of the house and doesn't have an exterior window. Looking again, the little window just inside the fence would be the master bath window. Could one stand on the meter and peek into the bathroom? Ick.

Does California have a Public Records Law/Sunshine Law"?

I was just looking to see how public records requests pertain to criminal cases. Some of it is specific to cities/counties, but I think only pertinent if it is more open/liberal.

Here's the teaser for Nancy Grace's show tonight. I should have posted it with my FYI above.

"Apparent blood” is reportedly found in missing 6-yr-old Isabel Celis’ bedroom, as reports surface claiming mystery footprints were found on a utility box near the wall surrounding the little girl’s home. Is this a possible break in the search for Isabel Celis? I'm taking your on-air questions now: 877-626-2901

Thank you, Patty. I didn't realized these kind of doc's fell under that. I learned something new :)
