I keep thinking about Sergio now saying that after he slept on the couch for awhile he eventually went to bed (with Becky) at 5:00 a.m. - didn't he say that she asked him if he was just coming to bed, and he answered that he had fallen asleep on the couch? Regardless, if they had a mini-conversation at 5:00 and in AZ it is just about daylight by that time, could they have fallen asleep enough that they didn't hear the dogs (theirs and/or the neighbor's dog or dogs) at 6:30? This puzzles me . . . (along with many other statements made by Sergio)

It sure would help to know where the dogs were located in the house that night. Were they in the garage? Were they in the boys' room? Were they just roaming free around the house? My dog pretty much follows our sleep pattern and sleeps in our bed--otherwise she would be barking every time the wind blows and hits the blinds smacking against the window sill!!

Prof, you're welcome.

The recent candlelight vigil was held in that parking lot. You can see by the wall, the trees, etc. that SC was obscurred from people (his son(s) who were in the lot.) However, he could view the overall event from his yard. There was some concern from posters that he was not abiding by the CPS agreement by being in his yard that evening. I personally don't feel that his "presence" was felt by anyone but the looky loo driving by and an astute cameraman!;)

I did see JQP make a statement. He said he worked in a supervisory position for a cable company. He told Anita that sometimes a worker might have to stomp on a lid of a box like that to shut it.

How would that explain the matching prints on the gas meter on the other side of the yard?

IMO if a worker needed to get in a backyard, it would be unprofessional and dangerous to jump over a wall to a yard with dogs.

LOL it also could be friends that peek over the big wall to see if the dogs are there before they enter the yard lol

Id bet everyone that attended was looking for him!

Do we know if the windshield was shattered before? I live in AZ and I remember one time I had the smallest of "holes" in my windshield from previously being hit by a small rock on the freeway, and with the extreme heat, one day when it was parked, all of a sudden it shattered! Earlier this week we had some very high temperatures.

I don't know if it was shattered before. I've been by the house before, looked at the car, but I didn't notice if the windshield was in tact.

I've had the same thing happen to me, a little divot is turned into a giant spider web due to the heat.

Our dogs sleep with us also but if one of our kids come in late then the dogs are there to greet them they even bark as they are unlocking the door.

I think you're right! But unless you were outside the wall around the parking lot or had a high resolution, long distance camera lens, you wouldn't have seen him.

Thank you! Child abductors wouldn't clean up the blood or steal a dead child.

Forensics should be back soon so I hope LE get some answers.

I definitely don't like the fact that Sergio fell asleep on the couch and then went to the bed he shares with his wife at 5 a.m. Seems a rather convenient alibi. What was going on that night?

I also wonder what forensics will be on the items found in the inoperable car. If Sergio is involved, did he hide things in haste in that car until he could get rid of it, never imagining that this would become a huge investigation and that his own house would be combed for evidence?

just going off memory, the positives were the toyota driver's seat and her bedroom floor but I will go back and re-read and make sure. I was really tired last night when I was reading the whole thing.

I agree with you that the blood was cleaned up. I would like to know by whom as well. A stranger/intruder could probably care less about cleaning up after himself, don't you think? IMO/JMOO

What report indicates blood was cleaned up?

Package 5 page 58 indicates apparent blood on the floor.

IMO it is possible that the blood belonged to an intruder who cut himself on the crunched screen.

Nobody likes watching CSI, Law & Order, NCIS or any mystery movies with me because I usually give away the ending. I don't mean to, I just notice some tiny detail and everything falls into place for me.

So why am I constantly STUMPED by the WS cases? I guess it is because we don't have scriptwriters providing those tiny clues IRL.

Oh no.
(2nd set PDF, page 60)
Before the K-9s had to removed because of the heat, one of them hit on a residence at E. Cooper Street that belongs to Min Hahn. Min Hahn the anesthesiologist? Sergio works with an oral surgeon and anesthesiologists.

Did the dog hit at an anesthesiologist’s address? Did Sergio go there to get medical help for something that happened to Isabel that evening?

Oh no....again.
One officer reported that a resident on East 13th Street said she heard a "dog going crazy barking" at a house on East Cooper Street at about 2 a.m. April 21

Catching up this morning, I hoped you all would sleep in too and I would only have a page or two waiting, lol.

Wow Pen, this is very interesting!!! In the beginning I had thought of this very scenario. But aren't the drugs used for anesthesia highly regulated? The inventory has to be strictly accounted for, is it even possible for Sergio to take them?

In all fairness, the office he works for (staff and Dr's) says he is a model employee.

In short, LE found "appararent" blood in Isa's bedroom and reddish-brown stains in the car in the driveway.

They found footprints made by boots on a utility box outside where someone could have climbed over the wall.

The parents made some inconsistent statements.

They took a ton of stuff into evidence.

They interviewed half of Tucson.

BBM
Only half?

Yesterday when I went by the home, I noticed the windshield is shattered, as well.

Anita, is that new? I don't recall the windshield being shattered..

ETA already answered.
