IMO the posts where you compared the two different times that RC left for work is what is being referenced here.

One report provides a detailed account from SC
The second report provides a police officer summary ..."sergio wakes up the boys" "sergio discovers the window is open" ...It could have simply have left out the detail that the boy pointed it out...
Not a major thing, but a different type of report...IMO

I disagree with this assessment.

Both of these accounts are very detailed, the second one maybe even more so. And I don't think a very important point like that would be even summarized wrong.

I'll take these documents at face value and trust that what is being included in them is accurate. Police, after all, type these reports to use as a reference.

BTW, here they are again with different times and different accounts about who found the window ajar, what time RC left for work, etc. Hopefiully people here can read and judge for themselves:

Don't ask me, I don't know what he did, but he appears to buy those brand of boots. Did he or someone else in the house have some and threw them away? I don't know, I repeated what NG showed.

Plus IMO... the shoes on the headless still didn't look like Wolverine boots to me. They looked more like my hiking boots because boot was lower in the back than the front.

If she has a shot of him wearing boots after Isa went missing then that mean they arent connected to the case. Wolverines have several different styles and sole tread. LE would have checked his shoes to determine if they matched.

In the first statement in your post it says his son noticed the window. In the second statement it said Sergio noticed. I took it as the minor son - since he has the same name. JMO. And the 911 call he says his son.

I did not offer to post anything. I have been clear on this. I am fairly sure it would violate TOS to bring names of innocent people to prove relationships of this family. I have not posted it in 20 threads, and personally I still see little reason now to name extended familly to confirm how everyone is related.

If anyone staged an abduction, I sincerely doubt the footprints were a deliberate part of the staging. IF they belong to SC and if he staged anything, the footprints would have been a piece of evidence left behind inadvertantly. IMO.
