In PDF 2 page 62 it states that RR is the uncle of Isa.

"40 miscellaneous CDs found in a storage unit on South Wilmot Road while police executed a search warrant."

I wonder who rented the storage unit.

I thought the 911 operator was asking, "Why do you think she was abducted [rather than simply thinking she wandered off]?" but he interpreted the question as, "Why do you think she was abducted [i.e., what was the motive of the abductor?]"

I TOTALLY AGREE. The dispatcher was still trying to decide if the child might have walked off to the donut shop with her neighbor, and was not on the same page yet with SC. He was past trying to figure out IF she was kidnapped, he was already trying to figure out WHY. JMO

So it's E Broadway in Tucson and a Florida cell number. The niece said in the docs and it's on the docs links, he lives in an apt, there are about three apt complexes on E Broadway.

The dog hit bothers me but maybe not to the extent that is should, because we have already noted that several people were already out searching places even befor LE got to the crime scene, so, anyone who had been there at the crime scene could have carried that scent down the street. Depending on what the hit was on, how dense, etc, and also the time of the hit vs when others were out searching. MOO

Sarx or another expert will have to speak to this, but I don't think it works that way.

In the Lauren Giddings case, Stephen McDaniel tried this tactic too. He was asked if the dogs could enter his apartment, he told them yes. But before they even entered with the dogs, he told LE that he had been in Lauren's apartment the night before while helping her friends look for her. If her scent was found in his apartment, it was because he tracked her scent in there. I think Oriah chimed in and said that was not possible.

Take this with a grain of salt, as I suffer from CRC sometimes

Exactly, why would SC jump to that interpretation of the simple question. But why would he offer that he thought she was abducted instead of saying something like he didnt know what was going on, the window is open and so forth. He immediately directs outward, maybe he could argue he did it to get fast police response.

Your map shows that...west of Craycroft, but that is not where the dog hit.

The east Cooper that is discussed in police reports is the street that is east of Craycroft directly south of the Celis home.


The house where the dog hit is the E. Cooper east of Craycroft.
This map made Knox think the hit was on the other side of Craycroft.

Make sense?

It is the twin home -- same floor plan directly behind the Celis home. The two homes share an alleyway.

i was following this case but it got to much info and i totally am lost at this point what i am reading is they are looking more into the family? still no leads as to where isa may be? does le think shes alive or dead?

LE says MH was the resident of the home, so there is no dispute there. Is that person an Anesthesiologist, that we do not know but I doubt it.

Is it possible that JM is MH's roommate? Someone mentioned he gave this address in a statement to TPD. He would not have been at the home because he was at the scene that morning.

Sorry if this is getting redundant, but I am trying to make sense of the dog hit.

You are so informative. Do we know the cable company was at the Celis' house? Maybe I missed that.

Where I live the cable guys climb the power poles to turn it off and on. The only reason they remove the box is if the owner requests. Otherwise they just leave it in place in case the owner wants cable again. I didn't see a satellite dish in any photos.

The Celis' have Cox and it appears they have a Cox digital telephone NIU on the side of the home. These NIU boxes have power going to them and in order to do anything to the video or internet portion of the service a technician would need to gain access to this unit NOT the pole or the ground ped in the alley and due to the costly nature of the NIU if a customer is not using the service it is collected via a NIU retreival specialist. If for some reason they dropped the video or internet portion of thier bill or had a disco for non payment then that NIU box would have had to have been accessed by a tech as well because the trap for blocking those services would be placed in the right hand side door of the NIU

I saw that last night too.

IMO, HRH co-signed on a loan for RSR. Therefore his name is also on the title, which TPD would have ran a check on for the search warrant. Truck is actually driven and used by RSR.
