I'd like to see some evidence Sergio actually worked.

Sent from my Kindle Fire using Tapatalk 2

They interviewed the 3 doctors he worked for and one of them went so far as to say he had gone to Sergio for personal and parenting advice.

We can't talk about minors, but here is a statement by a witness that morning, before LE arrived, from the docs. I'm not sure if it was already posted.

I wonder if the father in the truck that pulled up and talked to his son,is the same father and son that hurried up to the house that day, needing to talk to someone. ?

Interesting too, that the brother said they probably would not be able to find her.

These CD's were taken as evidence on 4/21/12, per a search warrant. Anyone want to guess who's storage unit this was, how LE found out about it and what is on those "personal CD's"?

I am dying to know the answers to those questions. Of course, having read so many cases here, my first thought is they might be 🤬🤬🤬🤬 laden cd's. But I do not know who they belong to.

Pure speculation, but I'll guess the cousin JM. He seems most likely to need a storage unit and at his age he'd be more likely to have CD's. Just a guess.

I agree with you, I'm not really super concerned about the different times.

What did concern me is Sergio's account of his night on the couch. The statement I read which was given to TPD is slightly different than his recount of events in a TV interview I saw. I have to go back and review both, but here is what I remember.

In the TV interview, he said he was on the couch and Isa walked by him. He asked her if she was hungry, she said "No Daddy" and was sleepy and went to bed.

In the statement to TPD, he says he went into her bedroom and tucked her in (or something like that). Then told the boys who were playing video games to keep the noise down.

The TV interview was an opportunity to relate the events of that night in a way that could make us understand that this was just a normal night. Then recount what a normal night in their home is. I had the same problem with Billie Dunn and her account of events before and after Hailey disappeared. I'm starting to feel that something is not right in the Celis home. I don't know what is being covered up, or exactly who is responsible and who knows or doesn't know.

Jerice Hunter stood up in front of hundreds of people, even marched to the AZ State Capitol shouting "Someone took my baby". She gave media interviews and said the same thing. No one took Jhessye from her home. After GPD came up empty handed and the investigation progressed, it became clear to them who was responsible for Jhessye's disappearance. Soon Jerice was ducking the media.

The cases are different, yet similar ...

From what I remember, SC never said where he was when Isa walked by him.
I can't really say that the more detailed answer we have in the documents from LE raises any questions for me. Maybe he gave the shortened version on televsion. Maybe the interview was edited. He might have continued, and the editors might have taken that part out. Who knows?

As far as the times in police reports for that morning, I think they were mostly from SC. What does it matter if he gave two different times within 30 minute window in summaries provided by 2 different officers, of when RC left? Did they quote him? I did not see quotation marks, so I don't know. Yes, RC would know when she left for work, but if SC was drifting in and out of sleep, why would he? Did not we see only SC's statements of the time? I just don't see anything sinister in either the officer reporting or in SC's recall of the time his wife left for work.

As I stated back thread, I think how a person sees these police reports is much like a litmus test. Depending on a person's leanings or theories, a person might see the circumstantial evidence in the way that supports that particular view. These are reports, not evidence.

I don't know if the family was involved or not. I am still keeping open to possibilities.

I hate to bring up the <the one who got away with murder case> but I see this case as perhaps heading that way. I did from the very beginning. Sergio telling his wife to get her butt home was just the tip of the iceberg. That's something you say to someone when there is trouble at the homefront.

:moo:

TBH, I don't actually think Sergio told Becky to "get her butt home." I think he probably was MUCH more sensitive with her, but was summarizing it for 911, and was trying to suggest that he expressed that she needed to get home at once. I REALLY doubt those were the words he used with his wife.

I'm wondering now if Becky and Sergio didn't have friends from Mexico and that's why Becky asked if LE had contacted Mexican authorities, or however she put that in her interview. This is what I found, and the Screen Shot is at the URL listed on the bottom of my posting box, and on the second page.

Residence visited by two people that lived in Mexico PG 34

Good catch. I'm leaning toward someone they knew (acquaintance, friend, family - extended family) had some involvement for some reason.

She also recounted a dream she had about a little girl and recommended a psychic to help in the investigation.

There were two photos shown on Jane/Issues, of the backyard, and it showed the two windows, of which, at that time Jane/Issues believed this was Isa's Room.

Jane did a side-by-side of the windows with the screen and without the screen. This is a photo-shop photo.

Is this what you remember? Picture below.

No Patty it wasn't that.

I think I'm leaning toward being mixed up:banghead: I may be mixing up the window screen and the ladders in the backyard.

Unless anyone else remembers seeing the screen in the backyard I'll put it down as a bad memory!:blushing:

I agree. I believe there is another reason why SC didn't come to bed until 5:00AM that night, and it wasn't from falling asleep watching the Dbacks game IMO.

Unless there is some compelling evidence leading elsewhere, at this point I am inclined to agree.

Unless info on what they've checked with JM is in sealed docs, there's really nothing in the docs we just got. He wasn't staying there when this happened, and his niece said he had an apt and there's a number of apt bldgs on the st he gave as an address. If drug people wanted him, they'd go there to his place. It was an Uncle who had his vehicle towed and searched, for some reason. It seems like LE has focused closer to home, than JM. I mean, I'm not ruling anyone out, but I think even the media would have brought him up more.

I don't know if it was shattered before. I've been by the house before, looked at the car, but I didn't notice if the windshield was in tact.

I've had the same thing happen to me, a little divot is turned into a giant spider web due to the heat.

Thanks for the warning. I need to get my windshield repaired in the morning.

I guess I'm just lost on what's so nefarious about SC falling asleep on the couch watching a game and then going to bed.

It's rather commonplace at my house. My DH just did this the other night. He stayed up to watch some NBA game and I went to bed. When he finally came to bed I asked "who won". He said he didn't know, he fell asleep.

I do that too staying up late on WS and then go to bed and he wakes up and asks me if WS caught the bad guy yet.

I'm missing sumin' here!:waitasec:
