I don't have an extra cell phone as the one I have is already too expensive, but if RC's employer pays for her to have a 'work' phone, that makes perfect sense.

I would actually LIKE having a phone JUST for work so I could keep work and family separate, but again, personally, unless my employer paid for it, I wouldn't incur the expense.

Maybe nurses are given work phones?

The only hospital employed nurses that I've ever known to get a free phone (to take off the hospital property) were the organ transplant nurses. They must be available at a moments notice in case an organ is located for a patient.

4/24 LE was back out at the house and I was thinking about the cellphone left in the Lexus, that's RC's car, right? First of all, if it's her regular phone and she's got a child missing, why on earth would it not be on her? So I assume it's an extra phone. So, I wonder why she has an extra phone in her car, it's on the driver's door pocket.

I can think of a number of reasons why, but at least LE got it in the search warrant of the car. I still question how well RC and SC's relationship was before. To me if a wife has an extra phone, it's to contact someone for help, or you don't want your husband to know who you're talking to, maybe he takes the phone in an argument and you need to get away with the kids, etc. It could be SC's car, though and it's just interesting. I can't see it being their main cells.

BBM

Really? If I have 2 cell phones it is for the purpose of use in an argument, that I don't want my significant other to know but leave it in the open, and finally if I need to get away with the kids?

I wonder then what my 3rd cell phone would be used for then?

Maybe it is as simple as keeping business and family separated in my life?

I will be eating crow right beside you and apologizing. I don't think I will be eating crow alone though.

Make that the three of us. I have a wonderful recipe for crow! :eat:

Hiya Lark:seeya:...I believe that when Sergio entered Isa's room and saw that she was not there that quite likely(he) would not automatically jump straight to her being gone from the home..

...At the point that worry began to set in when none of the 3 of them could find Isa In the home you have the oldest son re-enter Isa's room.. Definitely IMO in a totally different frame of mind as well as definitely more thoroughly searching through her bedroom which it is at that time that the oldest son most likely moved aside the blinds and curtains, he immediately realizes the screen is not present, and IMO at that point quite likely leaned thru the window and looked out at which time he sees the screen outside on the ground..

So, you see in looking at the chain of events it is apparent that AS was notified of Isa missing and THEN SHE GOES AND LOOKS AND SEES ISA's BEDROOM WINDOW WIDE OPEN WITH BLINDS AND CURTAINS PUSHED ASIDE.. her view of the window is obviously AFTER THE SON HAS MOVED ASIDE THE BLINDS AND CURTAINS THUS LEAVING THE CLEAR VIEW INTO ISA's BEDROOM FOR A.S. TO SEE..

Hey, Smooth, this is perfectly reasonable scenario as to why Sergio may not have seen the window ajar when he first went to get Isabel up for her game.

I'm much more cynical about his actions, though. In fact, I believe Sergio made up the whole abduction theory to begin with, and he actually staged the window himself to look like an abduction.

I'm sure LE interviewed the son who found the window ajar to see what condition it was in originally. If the blinds were at all open and the curtains pulled aside when he first found it, then I think Sergio's got a problem with his story. Right now all we can do is speculate.

Thanks for this.. this report is also focused in the Wilshire Heights area, and I just realized that the evidence LE blacked out on the report was found in the same alleyway where the man was sitting on the electrical box behind the witness's home. The first report was on page 17 of pdf 3 where the officer ran into the witness at about 9 or 930 am the morning Isa went missing. The witness reported this man on the electrical (utility) box. It appears some time later the DOC K9 units discovered the evidence in same alleyway in this report in pdf 3 page 66.

This is also the spot where NMc was spotted at 10 AM with a mag flashlight described on page 17 of pdf 3.

I have added this stuff to my map.

Thanks again.

Thanks for this!!! Sure helps to put these into a visual compared to trying to compare them as one is reading.

Another thing about the cds in storage, they're not giving any clue as to who it might be. For the home search warrants, it goes alot of detail, for RR's truck, it tells his name and for his cellphone, even license numbers with names for another home with search warrant, but not the storage unit.

Why odd? they took DNA sample from screen, and fingerprint from sill...now I see they took a scent sample.
They did have a foreign scent dog in the home. I have always thought that is the dog who had a hit. They also had a hit on a house on 13th that shook them enough to break the door down...

JMO

I agree. I believe as well that it was the scent dog.

These animals continue to amaze me.

This neighbor searching tunnels, claiming needing to go, of all things, eat breakfast!

Huge Red Flag for me.

was he the person who wouldn't show LE his DL?

Is he married/live with significant other?

would LOVE to hear what his roomie (wife/sig other/ etc.) says/said!

I have no idea whether they are married or not. They do not have the same last name.

There as well is no DL # given in the report. Whether that was just not recorded or given I have no idea.

Never thought of what the roomie would say. :)

Where is this? What are we looking at? Sorry, I don't understand the significance with no explanation. I must be missing something?

I'm trying to figure that out myself, is this on a street that we have been discussing?

Maybe it is an old non serviced phone. Extra phone for times of emergency and your phone dies or you forget it. My aunt keeps her old phone in her purse or car for emergencies. They still can dial 911, found that out the hard way. Friend was teaching her son how to dial 911 using her old cell phone. She was showing him how to use the phone since it's not pick up and dial type thing. Next thing we hear is someone on the other end after he made the call. Both of us were red in the face after explaining what happened. Thankfully the lady was very kind and told us even non serviced phones dialed had the ability to dial 911. The phone my aunt uses is getting old and battery dies pretty quickly so she has the other for back up if she ever needs it for 911 while out.

Does the storage unit belong to the uncle/stepbrother guy who had recently moved from Florida?

I don't like thinking that the storage unit could belong to Sergio. Why would Sergio and Becky need extra storage when the home they lived in was over 3000 sq. feet?

I see 2 people walking but since we don't know where the video was taken it doesn't mean anything. I wonder if LE has a copy?

On page 1 of the report it was signed off by an offc Ward, I can't find his name on anything else in the docs. He signed it as pending around 10pm 4/21 and the storage was searched the next day after 3pm by detectives. I was looking to see if he was on any of the search warrants and I can't see his name.

If Rebecca had a separate phone, it might have been purchased to keep a control freak (Sergio?) from controlling her activities. I have worked with many battered women that had secret phones, secret mailboxes at UPS stores, secret bank accounts, and secret credit cards.
