Blood was also found in her bedroom, I don't think patient's blood could get on a number of things in her room. JMO In the biggest crisis of this family's life, the father isn't even allowed to contact the children. There's a reason for that and as long as it's been he still can't contact, it can't be a little CPS issue. Unless this status has changed, is he still not allowed contact with them?

Snipped:
"This team of health professionals is led by Dr. Cynthia Dowdall, and responds to critical incidents to assist with the mental health and well being of victims, as well as first responders during crises.

The team recently addressed counseling needs at the Academy of Tucson, after Isabel Celis was reported missing."

Interesting. But more so, to me, was a link on the same page as the page you posted... http://www.kvoa.com/news/3-year-old-girl-reunites-with-mother-at-border-after-being-taken-by-smuggler/

Could Moore's surveillance videos show vehicles around the Celis home that night? There was never a BOLO for a vehicle or persons of interest seen in any video. When LE said at the presser it was a possible abduction, they went on to explain what an abduction is and it doesn't have to be a stranger abduction.

LE said whoever did it, did an adequate job of covering it. Why would a smuggler, wouldn't they just grab and run?

Police say whoever did this did an "adequate" job

So far, questions about who could be involved haven't been answered.

"We're just not at a position yet that we could share those things with you, not at a position where we could tell you we have this person as a suspect or that person as a suspect."

Many are beginning to wonder how much TPD really knows."Whoever is involved did an adequate job of really covering a lot of things that we could possibly look at."

Interesting article, but I wish it was written better!

Guatemala (I believe) has also had a rash of illegal adoptions.

The point is though, that this does happen. While living in Caracas, Venezuela, more than 20 years ago, my relatives reminded me daily of child snatchings there. They begged me to keep the kids at home when I visited crowded places.

Many online newspapers have abysmal writing now. It is unfortunate, but it is so. (And I doubt they can blame it on sticky laptop keys, which is MY excuse! I KNOW better than to eat and drink while the laptop is on the lap, but I still do it!)

That tape, and the CDs found in the storage shed may shed a lot of light. THAT info is what I have been waiting to hear about. I have a feeling the Moore tape will be crucial. Even though the folks at Moore denied watching the entire tape, and surrendered it to the police, I'm betting they DID see it, and/or have a copy. Moore said it was state-of-the art technology and had night-vision as well, providing a video of excellent quality. I can't help but wonder if they or someone was surveilling the home for a reason - IC connected or for some other reason.

Another point that interests me is the neighbor walking to the gym, the morning of Isa's disappearance. She reported seeing the younger brother to IC in the park looking for his dog. The older brother to IS appears, and then a man in a pick-up, who she assumed to be SC. I am unclear who it was. The woman offered to let them use her cell to call the police but the man said he would call on his cell, which was a flip-phone, per the woman. Because she felt comfortable once the man arrived, she left. That whole scenario sounds hinky to me, and I would like to know for sure who the man in the pick-up was.

I came to check for knew news about Isa and I see there isnt any.

I am afraid this is a case much like Shasta and Dylan Greone's. It was one of Idaho's most high profile cases ever but Idaho LE had no clue who had kidnapped the children. Even after almost two months LE wasnt any closer to solving what happened to them and who abducted them.

If Duncan had not brought Shasta back alive to her hometown, imo, that case would remain unsolved to this very day. Even when Duncan told the CdL LE who he was they had never even heard of him. And if he had not returned Shasta the case of Anthony Martinez from CA would still remain unsolved and so would the murders of the two little sisters that he killed in WA state.

Imo, Isa's abduction will wind up unsolved unless the perp confides in someone later on about what he did to Isa.

I think that TPD has investigated the case thoroughly but have found no evidence to support what happened to her or who took Isa from her home.

OT: I was delighted to see that the mother who lost her little girl to a Dingo finally will be able to find peace now. She had to hold up under the suspicion of guilt for way too many years and never even got to mourn the loss of her daughter properly.

While I have my doubts this case will ever be solved, I do hope for a miracle because if not another family will have to carry the burden of guilt that some in the public has decided to place upon their shoulders... when they may be guilty of nothing at all.

God bless you Isa, and all those who love you, and want you to come home.

IMO

I know, I hope the video has something on them, because I want to believe LE has something to work on now and this isn't going cold. I put LH's a/c in the media link set up here. I need to go look at it again, that was odd.

Which side?
If you have any other details at all that you can provide, I can search.

What I see in my memory is someone walking up to the right hand side (as facing the house) of the garage door.

I've looked, though, and cannot find it anywhere, so I think it was video footage from a different case.

Could this be an indicator I spend too much time on WS? <G>

I wonder if this was the oldest son SCjr. She said he appeared around 12 yo but then later it refers to the child as "the 14 yo". I wonder if the person who drove up in the truck is actually the person who called 911 for jr who we hear on the call. I also wonder if the security tape shows these two (jr and the man with the truck) - when they say not to speculate who is on the tape. We always assumed it was Sergio and Jr. when they said "Sergio and the brother".

ETA: Or is there a 14 yo white male with the 40 yo white male in the truck? I re-read it and think that is the case. Still don't know which son. I think the oldest and this might have been the man who called 911 for him. Remember the youngest son was supposedly in the garage at the time waiting for BC.

Is there another account of this besides the one linked just a couple posts up thread?

FWIW, Kristi Tedesco reporter from KVOA commented she had spoke to the Chief on Monday of this week & he said that the case was still very active, she also said he was very tight lipped about it. Dang, that's the most I've heard in a while which isn't much.

Case in point... one of our local news sites today: " It's called "Every Day Direct Mail." The service offers a door to door delivery of a flyer for just 14-and-a-half cents a piece. Many bussinesses are using it to offer discounts to there shops. The best part of the service they say is the ability to localize where their coupons are going.

"It seems to get a better response from the consumer when we are talking directly to them and it's obvious that its going to them and they're neighbors," said Bake Shaffer, owner of Shaffer Dry Cleaning." :banghead: I want to cry when I read our local news. Literally.

See the attachment on winterrose's post #509 - except I don't see anything about the younger brother looking for the dog and then the older brother walking up unless that attachment is just one part of it.

Sorry, I was away from my laptop. Thank you for the link Jules. There is another account, and it mentions one of the boys telling the woman he was searching for his dog,as it got out when he took out the trash. I will try to locate that source.
