Edited: just realized that the person on camera is probably the Little League coach reading the statement from Isabel's father.

The person reading the statement is a family friend. His name is to the right of the video.

FBI has made suggestions. BAU still has not interviewed the family "as of yet."

Talk to your kids about safe practices, keep your parents/authority figures informed. Keep an eye on your kids. There is always the risk. It is important to be involved with your kids and keep track of them. General cautionary advice.

If they discover car or person descriptor, they will release it.

They would give that above advice to any part of town, however.

The family wants to give a statement first and then transition to home.

Not aware of the neighbor security cam.

IMO, LE needs to go INSIDE the homes that are in foreclosure or just plain empty for whatever reason.
