Asking about the neighbor...

LE is not convinced about anything at this point...
Want to talk to anyone who was in area from 11pm-8am...only asking about the 5 as they happen to have seen that group...

Immediate search is first few days...now it more of an investigation but it is a slower process, comparing notes, interviews, etc...

The Tucson Police Department recently received information that a group of 5 individuals, including 2 males and 3 females, may have information about the disappearance of Isabel Celis, which occurred between the hours of 11:00 p.m. on April 20, 2012 and 8:00 a.m. on April 21, 2012. It is believed that the group was walking in an eastbound direction along the northern side of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church, located at 215 South Craycroft, at approximately 1:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2012. They may have been walking in the direction of or directly to East Cooper Street. At that time of the early morning, the group may have been leaving the area of the Cactus Moon Nightclub or Risky Business Restaurant and Bar (located in the area of East Broadway Boulevard and South Craycroft Road). The Tucson Police Department urges the members of the group to call 911 as soon as possible.

It is highly unlikely Isabel left on her own...someone is responsible...
lot of issues need to be explored...
some things end up not being what they appear to be...
we always caution people to be careful..
common things...but unless we have definite info we are not going to raise alarm..

Have Missing Persons protocol, we put it into play at once...

Have our own techniques, also working with FBI, etc...

Tips and leads have slowed down, allows LE to remind people that there is still a need to call in info no matter how slight...

These people look like college kids or young adults walking home from a bar or a party, imo.

LE collected lots of video from business. What if they saw someone suspicious on another tape, and by time stamp, know this group should have come across the person? LE is asking for this group to come forward to tell what they saw that night. I do hope they have a lead.

This news must have hit Isabel's parents like a ton of bricks.
