On the video, the very last couple of seconds, does the person enter the window? It looks like it hides in the shadows for a few seconds then moves right when the tape ends. I'm on a little notebook and it's hard to see.

I think LE released it because they saw it also, and want the group to call them to see if they saw it also.

I looked again. Someone walked pass the opening and then back pass it in the opposite direction. Didn't come out of the opening.

i remember LE saying during press conference that there were other people in the video and they had been contacted and were okay with video being displayed for sake of finding Isabel.

Yes, definitely saw someone walking toward the wall, and then at the end of the clip, you can see then walking back.

yes that's what I see. It actually starts at .50 into the video, right after the people walk past that area.

What is that building? Is it a house?

Mr Moore, the business owner, said one of his cameras pointed directly at the Celis house. It's an infrared thingy.

This does not look like Isa's house. It is a parking lot they are walking through.

If you all look on the left where the wall is, there is a telephone pole in front of the wall. The over the wall are some trees as the tree trunks are dark. In between the tree trunks, there is movement. Start before the 1.00 minute mark and watch that spot.

I was under the impression it was the Celis house. It looks like their fence in the pics I have seen. OH my, it took my breath away. jmo

Even if this is not the Celis house, it was certainly nearby,and may show someone
prowling the neighborhood that night.

First time I watched it I thought the person came out of the opening, second time looked like they walked past it. Gonna look again.
