When I initially went into his court records, the big case from 2002 (likely the murder one) had all the charge details and sentencing redacted. From what's been in the recent msm posts he was in prison 10+ years but since all the records aren't viewable in the AZ judicial system online search engine I couldn't see if he was tried as an adult or not.

Now these new court documents reveal portions of her car were removed, including the passenger seat and trunk lining.

There was also significant damage to the sedan, with other parts missing and what police believed were blood stains throughout. Records show that police also found trash bags, gas canisters, and a tarp inside the car.

On January 15, Rodriguez was booked in and eventually charged with stealing and damaging Comas' car.

Search intensifies for missing Isabella Comas as searched planned for Globe-Miami

Volunteers are organizing a weekend effort east of the Valley to find missing 21-year-old Isabella Comas.

The search for 21-year-old Isabella Comas has intensified as she has been missing from Avondale for nearly three weeks, with blood reportedly found in her car, prompting desperate efforts to locate her.

Chris Castorena, a private investigator hired by Comas’ family....He is the CEO of Arizona Private Investigation Services.

Castorena said his leads in locating Comas point to the Globe-Miami area.

“I’m trying to be careful with it because there’s a criminal investigation going on, but I can say is there was (sic) indications that she was there. So, we’re just following up on all the leads we can right now,” Castorena said.

Castorena is organizing a massive search effort with volunteers heading to the Globe-Miami area this weekend.

“Isabella is somewhere and we just got to find her,” Castorena said. “We have a lot of volunteers coming already with side by sides, the four wheels and so on and so forth. We have people going to be walking on the streets, hanging out flyers.”

Volunteers will meet at the Walmart in Miami at 10 a.m. Saturday. The plan is to search until 4 p.m. Castorena asked volunteers to bring plenty of water, snacks and clothes that can handle rough terrain.

As the search for missing Avondale woman Isabella Comas continues, police shared Thursday that they believe she had a “life-threatening injury” when she disappeared.

In the update, the Avondale Police Department said based on evidence found in Comas’ car — including a large amount of blood and the front passenger seat being removed — detectives believe she sustained an injury that if left untreated “may be unsurvivable.”

This just makes me so mad! She's a year older than my baby girl. This predator was almost twice her age.
The fact that he was 15 when he killed someone because he simply wanted to. The stalking of a previous girlfriend. What a dangerous monster.
Isabella is likely gone and I do hope her body is recovered. Had he not killed her, it would have been someone else eventually. MOO
