Just saw this while looking for something else:

"KINGMAN — A Superior Court judge on Friday lowered the bond for a Bullhead City woman accused of dealing drugs. Tania Ann Grogan, 29, is charged with conspiracy to sell dangerous drugs, sale of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Grogan’s attorney, Brad Rideout, argued for a lower bond. He said Grogan is pregnant with a high-risk pregnancy and cannot get the medical treatment in jail. She is also from Bullhead City and not a flight risk. Grogan also has no criminal history."

This makes me incredibly sad! From what we have heard, Isabella suffered for the majority of her short life whenever she was in the care of TG. There have been MSM reports of neglect, and horrible living conditions in the house where she lived her last days.

Now we learn that same residence is where another life was created. If it weren't for this pregnancy, TG wouldn't be able to advocate for special treatment of any kind. Her charges (if proven guilty) will have occurred in the first trimester - this is child endangerment (and abuse) to Isabella AND her unborn child! :gaah:

How can her attorney be allowed to parlay this into lower bail? Children aren't pawns or currency to be used to facilitate goals for parents (or other siblings for that matter!), at least not in my world.

What about the Isabella????

Great. Let a pregnant meth-head out of jail so she can go about doing what she has been doing - namely what landed her in jail in the first place. Talk about circular reasoning. Way to go, court system.

Score so far: Child endagerment charges, none. Concern for an unborn baby, none. What's next, 10 hours of community service? I hope this "special" medical treatment includes regular drug testing.

So many of the comments from the article at your link echo the sentiments and concerns expressed here. I suspect many are laying bets on which day it will be she returns to jail on other charges for ''misbehaving'' -- JMHO

dang it today the link does not work - content removed.....

Not too hard to imagine the ''kind'' of response locals will have seeing her ''out and about''......Merry Christmas!

My guess is that her (really really stupid) grandpa was getting threats for bailing her out.

County Attorney Matthew Smith says the state wants records from Mohave Mental Health and Mohave County Juvenile Detention Center.

Grogan, 29, was released Saturday on a $20,000 bond, according to Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Specialist Patricia Carter. It is the policy of Mohave County to not release the name of individuals, groups or businesses posting bond.

It all seems so surreal. TG is out and right back on FB. It will never make sense to me how she ALONE was solely responsible for enabling JR to do what he did to Bella and yet... she walks free. UGH.

This is exactly why she should have never have been let out. I hope her SM activity is reported to the Court ASAP. There's NO way this kind of behavior is in any way therapeutic to her "high risk pregnancy" and she should be held fully accountable :cow:

All she's doing is stirring the pot when she knows she's Public Enemy #1 in BHC. She's responsible for the well-being of the child she's carrying and once again proving her inability to protect herself nor her unborn. You don't place a big bullseye on your back and say, "Hey, over here!" You lay low!

This madness has got to stop. Seriously.

January 12, is her next appearance in court......hubby remains locked up

"While her husband, Ralph Pat Leroy Folster III, 28, and mother-in-law Freddie Nicholson remain in jail"

She's a drug addict, she has no concept of reason or reasonable. That poor, poor baby. She is her own worst enemy, and the people she aligns with are similar or worse than she is. She'll be back in jail- where she belongs- in no time flat.

The motions were for the release of Rector's mental health records, including his juvenile records.

Deputy County Attorney Gregory A. McPhillips filed a notice seeking the mental health records of Justin James Rector.
...
The judge scheduled a trial date of Oct. 17, 2016, for Rector. The judge also set a pre-trial hearing for Aug. 23, 2016.
Rector’s next hearing is scheduled for Jan. 28.

Rector’s attorney, Harry Moore, is asking Superior Court Judge Lee Jantzen to vacate last week’s order to release Rector’s records from Mohave Mental Health and the county’s juvenile detention center to Deputy Mohave County Attorney Greg McPhillips.

The records from Mohave Mental Health are from 2008 to 2014 and records from the juvenile detention center are from 2001 to 2005. A third facility reportedly purged Rector’s records.

Whoa! Plea deals and possible child abuse charges for Ralphy. Next hearing set for Jan. 15.

Superior Court Judge Steven Conn told Folster Friday of the possible prison sentences he faces if convicted of each of the crimes. For the most serious charge of sale of dangerous drugs, the defendant faces from 12.5 to 37 years in prison. He also faces from 7.5 to 25 years in prison for the theft charge.

Deputy Yavapai County Attorney Kevin Schiff told the judge he has not discussed any plea offers to Folster’s two codefendants even though plea offers have been extended. Schiff also said additional charges against Folster — including child abuse — could possibly still be on the table.
