I do - it takes a bit of time, and they have to verify you, but I was able to get a free Pacer account last year. It does charge to view and download certain court records,
but you can view the basic case details for free by registering- hence I'm sharing.
All I can say is - In my opinion, I think this man may be dealing with some mental health issues.
He (representing himself) sued The State of Arizona AND Amazon, Facebook, Google, The State of New York, the US Federal Reserve, The US Small Business Association, The United States of America, eBay, Apple computers, Microsoft, Bank of American and Maximus Inc for violating his civil rights under 42 U.S. Code § 1981 The first complaint, which Jeffrey wrote himself, was 253 pages.

They are US based and in 2024 reported annual revenue of $5.3 billion.

Google actually got a whole team of attorneys on this one, I've deleted all the attorney info, this is just the most basic of summaries of what was literally hundreds of pages of documents Jeffrey filed without assistance of an attorney. I think the other defendents just shook their heads and waited for the courts to toss it - which they did.
