I've only got one question and one concern about the government going to these lengths to monitor movements and they are, why is JH still free so her movements can be monitored, and why isn't her azz in jail?

If you hadn't disposed of her, nobody would be interested in your movements.

I wouldn't be her defense attorney for a million dollars. I would be puking in my mouth if I had to pretend to have serious concerns because the government is investigating the disappearance of her precious little daughter and she might get busted some day.

I understand, respect even the necessity of legal counsel, regardless of the crime committed. But like you Donjeta, that doesn't stop me from wondering how some of these Attorney's are able to interact with their clients. Let alone give a press conference expressing so much righteous indignation for their client.

As for Jerice hiding because she is receiving death threats. I snickered at that revelation from Maasen. If revealing that tidbit was designed to garner sympathy from the public, he missed his mark completely. The general public is getting wise to these ridiculous and bizarre scenarios in which a parent states their child went missing. Glendale PD is not falsely targeting Jerice, her story never made sense in the first place and if she really wanted to clear herself, she would take the poly.

SyraKelly, I'm hope you're right and counting down with you.

It looks like all those posters have caught on to Grandma Shirley/Susie. She was not warmly welcomed.



Jerice....it's just a matter of time before LE knocks on your door. You won't walk away from this. Everybody knows you did something to Jhessye. You can't scam away a missing child....

You should talk to LE and tell them the truth before it's too late for you to cut a deal. Tell them where Jhessye is, and let her come home.


Jhessye deserves to come home. You could at least be decent enough to give your daughter that much.

I don't think so EllaMae. I think they are perfectly aware that ship has long since sailed, hence their refusal to act normally and stay in close contact with LE about what is being done to find Jhessye.

I think the recent FB postings and in general, taking it to the social media is them thinking since they can't fool LE or anyone remotely familiar with the true facts of the case, they will find support out there in the ether of the net from well-meaning, uninformed individuals who may still believe their "spin"

Screaming is an intimidation tactic for Jerice. She uses it to hide behind her lies and to scare away anyone who makes her uncomfortable. Apparently, she believes she can intimidate the entire police department. Well, is she in for a big surprise!

What lengths?? stick some electronic gadget on a car so that they don't have to waste alot of taxpayer's money by tailing a piece of human refuse? that they shouldn't even have to do if the child's (*&^%^*) egg donor could pick on someone her OWN size instead of abusing helpless children???????? or even what about.. NOT BREEDING AT ALL .. you worthless (*&$%**^$$ I am all about taking as much power away from Big Brother as we can... but SERIOUSLY???????? I almost feel LE left it obvious to intimidate them all, but what for?
I whole heartily doubt that "mom" here plans to return where Jhessye is, so I feel this might be for another purpose.

Maybe LE is convinced that Jerice had help disposing of little Jhessye's body -- after all, she was pregnant at the time. LE could've placed the tracking devices where they were sure to be seen to let Jerice's friends (???) know that they're also under scrutiny, in hopes of pressuring someone into volunteering information to avoid conviction as an accessory.

-No new leads in the case, LE not searching the landfill

-My daughter was arrested but they let her go, so she has been completely eliminated in that area

-This case has been bungled from the beginning

-Whoever kidnapped or abducted Jhessye, it was somebody who knew her, somebody close

-In response to being asked if Jerice harmed Jhessye; As often as I was in contact with the kids and I have a large family here. Someone would have, something like that could not have happened and I wouldn't know about it. When you have things that a child may have said. When you separate children away from their family, isolate them. You can make an adult say whatever you want, let alone a child. Until I hear, or see them say this on tape, I take it with a grain of salt.

-I just can't believe it, because Arizona hasn't been straightforward with me from the beginning. They have lead me down a trail of non-trust.

-As a Grandmother, as a Mother. If I would have seen my child being abusive to my grand kids, I'd be the first one to turn her in.

-How is Jerice's state of mind; She is not good, everything has been taken from her. It's a wonder she has one nerve left. I have to come in and fight for these kids myself. She's not good.

-Arizona is a state that doesn't take crimes against children seriously. Goes off on a tangent against the State ...

-Other host chimes in; It's about Jhessye, Shirley. Please don't take this wrong, but it's about her. Is Jerice out there trying to find her; We all are, we're all trying to find Jhessye. We're out there on the internet, social networking sites. We're doing all we know to do, we don't know what else to do. I wish someone had some suggestions on how to continue to search. What's the next step when you don;t have the Police Department guiding you? I still think someone close to her took her. I just don't feel in my heart my baby is gone.

-Since Jerice had got out of jail has any media tried to talk to her; Well, the only thing, from what I know, the only thing they doing is negative stuff. She just don't want to talk to them. I just want Jhessye's name out there, I don;t want this to be about Jerice. It's been about Jerice too much and too long.

-Host; Shirley I just don't understand. If my daughter was missing, I wouldn't care if the whole world was against me. I would be out there trying to find her, talking to the media, keeping her name out there. Can you help me understand why Jerice isn't doing that; Well me, I try to get on there every chance I get, but with me the reason I had to uh, was unintelligible ... CPS and the children. It was in their best interest to calm it down so I could get them home with me.

-I still go on every chance I get and any attention, negative attention, is better than no attention at all.

She's constantly being persecuted, put down, thrown in jail. So as a Grandmother and Mother I have to fight for her until she can do it for herself, do her part.

-Host, Shirley do you want to talk to Jhessye's older sibling to see if what she said is true or has been fabricated by CPS, media or LE; I'm not allowed to ask her anything. I cannot bring up Jhessye. I am not allowed to question the kids about anything. But I cannot believe she said that on her own about her Mother. There has never been an issue where she has talked to anyone about being abused. Until I see this child questioned by a forensic child psychologist. She was taken away from her family and everyone she knows, they could get her to say anything.

-I do get visit's with the kids. I just can't ask them anything.
