And how does the defense explain to the jury why there was laughter/giggling/whatever disrespectful behavior of the people behind the defense?

I'm appalled at their behavior. It can't help Jerice if the jurors figure out who they're backing and the fact that this child was tossed like garbage after having suffered so much in her short time with her egg donor.
