Can anyone tell me exactly what she's charged with? Is it murder and in what degree? I think I remember reading that there are child abuse charges also. Are any of the charges related to the other children or just Jhessye? I mean she did force them to help her cover up a murder. .
Also what's the punishment range? Thanks.

MURDER 1ST DEGREE

They are seeking 35 years to life according to CBS5/KPHO's Facebook page.

Again in defense of cadaver dogs-this is not junk science. They are amazing. The jury gets it or they dont, kwim? It was huge that cadaver dogs hit when searching for evidence of Caylee Anthony's death. I dont know that jury understood how important that was. The same here. Daughter said Jhessye was kept in the master closet and looked like a zombie before she never saw her again. Both dogs alerted on the rug from there. And the trunk. And the relevant dumpster. What are the chances? Some of the evidence was bleached, iirc, but still the dogs hit. They werent confused. If the defense concedes that there was blood but that doesnt mean there was death, that is huge imo.
