Glendale police said the big tip that came in Wednesday was that a black female between 25 and 30 years old, about 120 pounds, with black hair in a bun and brown eyes, was seen putting a child in a vehicle. That child reportedly matched Jhessye's description.

Police said the woman was wearing a white tank top and blue jeans rolled up to mid-calf.

The vehicle was a black 1998 to 2000 4-door Chevy Malibu, which drove away from the area eastbound on Glendale Avenue.
Jhessye is a black female, approximately 3-feet-5-inches tall, 55 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Jhessye has long hair that was in a ponytail and was last seen wearing a solid white T-shirt, blue jean shorts, and pink flip flops.

reminder of what this woman reported seeing at the time per news accounts. She saw a child dressed in clothing that matched what Jhessye was reported by Jerice to have been wearing the day reported missing, being ushered into a car by an unknown woman.

I hope we get to see the trial eventually. I can't decide whether she is mentally ill or just mistaken. What kidnapper would come back and knock on someone's door?
For all we know she could have witnessed a child that didn't want to go to piano lessons. Or a child that knew she was in trouble for something at home and didn't want to face up to it.

I think I get a read on her. I dont think any of it happened. I think that there is something fleeting there, some way she thinks she can help or she could have saved or something. I dont think she is well and my money is on her having some kind of medical issues or mental issues.

I think the prosecutors are trying to show they didnt invest anything into it. I hope that doesnt bite them in the end.

I am sure they received thousands of tips like with the Caylee Anthony case...how many people saw her all over the place and she was dead that whole time kwim?

Anyway, that is how I see it. Plus it is very exciting to be the only witness to hang the whole defense on. The other guy was useless.

I thought 4 city blocks were generally a mile but in any case that's a long distance for her to go, see a woman pull a crying child into a car and then walk back home and lie down thinking nothing of it until police are outside. I don't know, just odd.
