Can anyone tell me if sentencing in this case is statutory or does the jury decide the length of sentence like in Texas?

I cried when reading about all the LE officers there. Our Princess has an army fighting for her. I think prosecution did a good job of connecting the dots and I doubt the jury will take long to reach a verdict once they go into deliberations. Justice for Jhessye rincess:

I think an army of police officers says something. Talk about influencing the jury, and in a good way. Imagine looking up after the closings and realizing that was Jhessye's army.

Wait until this jury finds out Jerice served time for horrific child abuse and that is why she lost her children. And that Jhessye was murdered months after her mother took her back.
