If she were acquitted I'd be the type to walk up to her on the streets and really give her a piece of my mind. And trust me, she wouldn't lunge at me like she did with that reporter. Reputation be damned. I'd give her a free trip trip Kickahoe Kansas.

I know exactly why JH did it. JS wad a happy and much loved child. Her beautiful smile reminded JH of the fact that no one ever loved her; that she's never been anything but a sperm deposit box for countless men and it filled her with hatred and rage. That's why she called JS a spoiled brat. That's why she viciously assaulted the girl for wearing a t shirt while watching cartoons with that neighbor boy. In that totally innocent incident, she saw what she will never have in her own life- someone that just wanted to spend time as a friens. Think about the trial. Not one single person testified that JH was their friend. She was jealous of JS.

Okay, here we are for another day! May today be the day for justice for our little butterfly princess!! Hopefully the jury will climb whatever obstacle is holding back their verdict. May today be the day!!

There is hope in a no body trial! Like our little Jhessye, there was very little hope of finding Julie's body (it is believed he put her body in chemicals). I think JH hated her daughter because she had gotten out, so to speak. She was probably out of JH's control to a certain degree because up until that point she was being raised by people who treasured her. She was different-isnt that always why one is singled out among many? In this case, at least imho, it was because her difference was that of a child who had some kind of self worth. Jerice destroyed her soul and then her body. She erased her.

But then she had to account for her.

i don't think she erase jhessye, so many people here have her in their thoughts, prayers, etc that her memory lives on
let's remember the child and celebrate her life, even if it was dreadfully short, but forget her killer, make her go into obscurity
and thank you to all of you that keep jhessye and others like her alive with your efforts

This verdict watch must be agony for Lisa Vance and her family.....

My thoughts are with all of them, hoping for a verdict today!! Hate to think this could drag out into next week.

I agree with many of you who are wondering why Shirley escaped any sort of charges? I shudder at the thought she is a "licensed medical professional" in California. Scary isn't it?
