Jerice learned at the knee of Shirley. I expect we will hear something about it during the sentencing phase. That is Jerice's only option I think...after all, we would certainly believe it wouldnt we? Be something to see Shirley's face should that defense go down.

I am sitting at my Monday night open mic bawling. So relieved. So glad jhessye's siblings will be safe and that jerice will pay for what she's taken and the suffering she has caused jhessye and those who loved her.

I've never heard it either. I think the judge was warning them because she's concerned that one or more of the jurors will say "we didn't really start deliberations from scratch when juror 2 was replaced," which would of course cause a motion for new trial to be filed.
