(Bolded by me) I know you are quoting the MSM article, but the article is wrong. Dudek’s husband did not die in 2022, but in April 2023. He was alive when she disappeared.

IS LE still saying there are no suspects? I can’t find anything they have said other than identifying the remains and “no updates”. Also, has the daughter’s now ex-boyfriend ever been named? Or has it ever been said how long he lived with the family or how old of a person he was?

This is such a weird story. I didn't find anything about the daughter having special needs. Where was that? Seeing the interview it does seem like something is a bit off but is she saying the BF hurt her mom? Or was it the dad who said that? I got a little confused on that bit, especially since it seems like some of the stories put some shade on the husband.

Also, was I the only one who found that interview weird? I mean in the sense that they agreed to protect her privacy but it's obvious to anyone what she looks like.

Her niece now revealing based on details in the investigation, they believe she was killed inside her home that night in an "altercation."

I can't believe I missed the news on November 12 that she was identified. She was found on November 6 and identified on November 12. What a relief for the family to have answers!

I missed the news Joanne was found last month. Only five miles from her home, she wasn't taken far was she. Guess that's why someone didn't want to help search for her, makes sense now.

I'm a little confused. In the video, Josephine says "he confessed" - her boyfriend at the time, who was living in the home, told her he killed Joanne. So, did she share this with MCSO two years ago? MCSO hasn't said diddly squat, why in the world would Josephine state this on public television? Particularily if she's afraid for her own life? Does that make any sense?

Seems like she's trying to get ahead of what may possibly be coming her way, JMO. So now we wait some more ...

So when that article says, "He said he hurt her," was that the daughter saying that, and was she talking about her boyfriend? Or her father? If the bf, wouldn't the police need to question him now? Any news on that happening, or is he missing now too?

Says daughter was adopted... how long had she been in the family? Since she was a baby, or was it a later in life adoption...?

Were they able to find a cause of death for Ms Dudek?

After a break here I am sad to read Ms. Dudek was found deceased. I just did a quick search and there is nothing new about the investigation being reported.
