no mention of mother nor father, I guess someone cared enough to arranged his funeral including visitation but not enough to call child service.

Mom had a child abuse charge against her in 2016 so someone made a report about her at some point. I'm sure we'll hear there were plenty of reports but CPS left the kids in the home until 1 of them died.

So the Status hearing yesterday was for the one with no citation on the court site. Since I have in my notes that she got charged for 1st degree murder on 9/28/18, I believe this case# S-0700-CR-2018000777 is the murder charge.

Arizona child welfare officials visited home of child 1 week before his death

State child-welfare investigators visited the Phoenix home of Donielle King one week before they got a call that her year-old son was dead.

Last month, Phoenix police said they will seek first-degree murder charges against King.

In a statement, DCS noted the decision to return Josiah to his mother's care in June happened with the blessing of the Juvenile Court, the child’s attorney and the Foster Care Review Board.

Four other children. No mention of a father. Why don't these women use birth control. It's free to them in most cases. It's heartbreaking to see these type of cases over and over again and to find there are always multiple helpless, innocent children involved.

I imagine she didn't take the little one year old to day care because he was already dead or so badly abused, she didn't dare. This just makes my heart sick

These women that neglect their children must have no empathy/heart/soul.
How can they allow these innocent kiddies to suffer?
