From email talks with family of Julian Kirchoff:
Suspects in the abduction, possible murder, were questioned by
local law enforcement, but let go, and the suspects returned to Mexico.
LE sent information to Naco, Sonora police department.
The police chief in Naco, Sonora resigned shortly after that, stating
his life and his family lives were in danger.
Family of Julian K say that Naco, Sonora police dept has had several
police chiefs in last two years.
This seems to be true in many border towns with Mexico and also in Mexico intself.

Bumping for Julian. Is this a good candidate for him?

Julian disappeared about 3 hours to the east from where this JD was found. He was kidnapped by suspected gang members though I wonder if they would really drive 3 hours west to dump his head in the desert?
