Is there anything to suggest he might be Polynesian? That strikes me as oddly specific.

Tony Gutierrez ticks a lot of boxes. From Laveen. Height & weight same. Described as American Indian / Alaska Native. But UP has no mention of face tattoo

The facial tattoos definitely rule him out since the decedent was in a recognizable state and any tattoos on the face would have absolutely been noted.

He looks Polynesian to me in the recon, but the word Ozuna in the tattoo seems to have Spanish origins. There's a Puerto Rican singer of that name.
